Rude management. Speak negatively toward and about customers. My most recent encounter was with a worker named Meenah. She allowed us into the store but instead of letting us know that she wouldnt be able to help us today had us standing around in the electronics section until lights were turned off and customers were then notified that the store was closed. When we returned to the front of the store she had a laissez faire attitude about the fact that we were not assisted. Furthermore, she now stated she could have helped us on her own but at this point it was too late. This is frustrating because we clearly explained what our purpose for entering the store was when she greeted us at the door. My critique is that she could have turned us away at the door or even when we spoke to an associate prior to arriving to the store so that we would return the next day. Instead she was rude, dismissive and used lewd language when referring to us as consumers. An older African American associate at the register was quite pleasant to us and agreed that we should have been notified prior to entering the store. He apologized for our experience but seemed unable to assist us with Meenah as management. As a customer I understand closing hours but it is the notion that we were going to be assisted and instead were dismissed and unvalued that brings me to such frustration and dismay. I have never had such a negative experience with such a pleasant company and I hope that people like this are not allowed to continue to representing a company Ive come to know and love.

Customer service is abysmal. Racks of clothes and items in store always out of order or mispriced. Had a teller try to short change me twice here now. Stopped shopping there after paying for my change portion of my bill in mostly pennies - 32 - and the cashier just being furious over it. 32 pennies isnt a lot but for her it was. They have a large number of older folks working there. Or did back in 2015 but new times maybe its become better. My main gripe was they have absolutely no one trained or really having any experience with deaf people and so they treated us very very poorly. Even yelling thinking it would help. I do appreciate the selection, and sometimes the organization of signage and layout of store - otherwise there are better options nearby.

Go here to buy the kind of things that you buy at a Target... basic household supplies. However, they have a habit of running out of selected items . They also drop items they have stocked, so after building a brand preference, I either have to seek it elsewhere or buy it from a noted online supplier that delivers large boxes to the door of my highrise. The things they either stop stocking or run out of are mystifying.. things that one can get at a supermarket or other large box mild discount vendor. the lack of stock consistency coupled with the mediocre level of staff service makes me wonder whether driving to the South Philly Target makes sense....

Staff couldnt care less. I called this store to check whether or not an item was in stock before making the drive over. The item I was checking on was from the Grocery department. I was put on hold by the store operator while the "checked". After a nice long hold my call was picked up by someone in Electronics. I explained that I was on hold for someone checking on an item in the Grocery department. I was then put on hold again. Moments later I was hung up on. ... Not pleased that my time was just WASTED and I got no answer.

The people at the customer service desk did as little as possible to help me. 2 of them ignored me and avoided eye contact as they tried to sneak into the back room. The 3rd one was having a non work conversation with a costumer and took 2 min to finish. She only helped me because I caught her at the front desk before she could sneak in the back too. This target has the rudest staff out of all that Ive been too. Ive never seen so many people at one establishment that hate their jobs this much

This is a target, I caution you as the parking lot is full of uninsured drivers, old folk who probably should not be driving, and other angry people, because the parking lot is horrendous. I would recommend not going here during rush hour as you may get trapped. They have a decent frozen section, however their produce is limited. They are part of a nice shopping center if you are craving California pizza or chipotle. This target serves its purpose, but is nothing special.

Ignoring it stereo typical spotlessly clean white floors, and meticulous attention to placement of end caps this location is usually packed to the gills. The service youll get is either outstanding or so bad your shocked the staff person was even hired. Its magazine selection is smaller and smaller. Its baby section huge. The starbucks I. It is cool but they little restaurant they have in it is like a a whos who of the most unhealthy food to eat in America

I only go to this location if I ABSOLUTELY have to. It seems like all the essential items I go to this location for are NEVER in stock. And it doesnt matter what day of the week it is; its never there. While I dont mind getting a raincheck (or two), there have been times where every thing on my list of out of stock! This location is within a few minutes of my home; however, I will travel out of county if it means that I can get everything on my list.

I went with friends to lavish our pregnant friend with a maternity-clothes-shop-athon. The people who helped out in the fitting area were very gracious and kind; they kept the area secure but helped us to find clothing, helped us gather our unwanted items, and smiled as we monitored our friends adorable maternity outfits. Their patience was appreciated. I enjoyed this Target more than I normally enjoy Targets.

You enjoy going to Target because you have people greeting you at the door and also if you need help theres people around that can show you almost automatic where things are the cashiers especially the ones that I normally go on the line to or other lines they h the cashiers especially the ones that I normally go on the line to or other lines they are beautiful thats all I can say but I enjoy going to

I have been going to this target for about 9 years and have never had a problem with the store only with their employees. The employees especially the women always seem to be on their phones and socializing with each other rather than working or putting objects from the ground back onto their shelves and I see many items misplaced and the workers are simply doing other things besides working.

This is one of 2 Target stores that we go to. It is similar to other stores with regard to the layout and items sold. Most of the staff are courteous. There is a Starbucks in the store as well as a pharmacy. However, the store is under renovation and that may change. I give it 4 out of 5 stars because it is usually crowded and the parking lot is often jammed with traffic.
