This is the third time that I have made a purchase there and when I get home the product has signs of extensive use. The first time, the manager thought it was amusing. He said that I could go get a new one. I said that it was a twenty mile round trip for me and just saying go get a new one wasnt going to cut it. I should have gotten a new one the first time. He said he couldnt be held responsible for his employees when he isnt there 24 hours a day. I said that Ive managed people and when I do my job correctly, they do theirs correctly wether I am there or not. Be careful of the items that you purchase there. They are obviously returned to the shelves if they are returned. It wouldnt be a catastrophe for some items but imagine if it were cook wear or some other sensitive item. You never know what it was used for before it was returned.

In the entrance of Walmart it smells like someone has deficated. I asked 5 different people if they knew where swim masks/goggles were and only 1 person even attempted to answer. Actually had 1 person turn around so as to look busy only to hear him say out loud "Oh man she caught up with me." Once I finally found what I thought was the right place I asked one more person who was watering plants only to have him water both of my feet and say if they are not by the towels they are gone. Thank you for the information, but did my feet need to be watered? Attempted to purchase 2 items only to find 2 registers open and lines with 10+ people in each line. No Thanks walmart. There is a reason I dont shop at your stores....this solidifies my reasoning!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE WAL-MART STORES! the only problem is that i always go in for one item and leave with 50!! Oh no, theres not only one problem... The other is that I can never find the same product twice! If I get a brand of something that I really love, and go in for more, I either cannot find it or they dont have it anymore!! I have a 4 year old little boy and we go to Wal-Mart at least 2 times a week for new toys. PLEASE GET A NEW SELECTION OF TOYS WAL MART!!!! It is extremely aggravating to take my little boy to get the next toy in his collection and Wal Mart does not have it! Other than that, I love Wal-Mart and will continue to be a loyal customer!

I have 3 children in a cart always usually I have wonderful experience in camnden Wal-Mart but I recently moved to harrington..everytime I go to Milford walmart people always follow me ( because of my car seat )then if I have a question they walk away!! This time I paid with self checkout and wow the man walked by my cart and looked it it 3 times..ibspend on average about 500 a month at walmart...ihate being profiles every time I walk in your store I will never come to Wal-Mart again..i will pay more to not be barricaded because I have a car seat in my cart....... Be more respectful to mothers were not losers were just trying to go shopping eaisly

I always give a place a second chance. Well second time just stopped in to have my oil changed and was quoted 2 hour . Then asked well how much longer to rotate the tires since we are headed home for some time with family. Quoted 3 1/2 hours then. Ive worked in the service industry for 18 years at Harley Davidson in Scottsdale, Arizona . Never seen this low of service and turn around time. This is unbelievable. No wonder Jiffy Lube and other do so much business. Four lanes for cars and only one open. Six guys in the shop only two working. We went ahead and had oil changed but Ill go to a tire shop on the side of the road to get the tires rotated.

IM 47 YRS OLD I WENT IN TO PURCHASE A PACK OF CIGARETTES THE LADY AT THE CHECK OUT ASK FOR MY ID I DIDNT HAVE IT SHE REFUSED TO SALE THEM TO ME ...I LOOK WELL OVER 18..IT WAS VERY INCONVENIENT ON MY BEHALF CONSIDERING I HAD CART FULL OF FOOD AND TWO TODDLERS....SHE WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND SHE WOULD NOT ALLOW A FRIEND OF MINE TO PURCHASE THE CIGARETTES WHO WAS WELL OVER 40 AND HAD A VALID ID .....I THINK SOME OF THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC... ANYONE WHO HAS GONE TO THE STORE WITH A 5 YR OLD AND A 3 YR OLD WOULD UNDERSTAND..DONT NEED A CONTROL FREAK WORKING AT THE CHECK OUT COUNTER....

Very unprofessional. The employees would rather run from a customer when asked where a item is than help find it. We even showed one employee that is was shown in their store online. She sent us walking half of the store on a wild goose chase so we gave up our search. So we will take our business to another store, where they are more than happy to help their customers. This isnt the first bad experience with this store and its employees. I am about to make it my last bad experience. Screw you Walmart! You only give a damn about a pay check not customer service! I hated even giving you one star!

Shelves never stocked. Should be ready for Friday sales and they arent. Sales associates on the floor stocking shelves every Friday afternoon and not just one associate there must be a dozen or more in the customers way stocking there blown out shelves! This place doesnt ever deserve one star but I had no option for a negative star. Produce department worst Ive every seen. This store moved into town and closed 4 other stores including food and non food stores. Now with no other places to shop Wal-Mart cant even take care of the towns people needs. What a joke!

Online tracking wasnt available for something I had shipped to the store. Called to check if it was in; was told I would be called back in 5-10 minutes. Over 2 hours later I called back; was put on hold for 13 minutes. I hung up, called back and was put on hold again. I hung up, called back and asked for the general manager. I was told "the gentleman was going to pick up, but you hung up". I wonder why.... Am on hold again. 9 minutes so far...terrible customer service...

Terrible customer service!!!!! Went in for tire rotate and balance, I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours, so I asked for a phone call when it was ready. After 2 hours of wondering around the store and NO phone call I went to find out what was going on only to find out my car has been ready for an hour and 15 minutes, my time lost that Ill never get back. Thank you Walmart for having such incompetent employees that are too lazy to do their job

This is a large store, but it didnt seem to be all that well stocked. I was trying to find pants and most of what they had left were short sizes. All the iced tea cartons were sticky and the store just had an unfriendly vibe. Most of the employees seemed really grumpy and the customers followed suit. I dont know if this Walmart is like this all the time or if I just came on a bad day, but I dont plan on going back if I can help it.
