Alright, so the people who work here are nice and helpful and always willing to answer questions. They have lots of shoes and clothes and shopping here isnt unpleasant. However, the checkout line situation when there are lots of people shopping is out of control. Moreover, their computer system forces them to individually mark things down, so during big sales (like clear the rack!) its highly irritating. Computers have the capability of dealing with this, but corporate hasnt actually implemented a quality solution. Basically, the people are nice and I like the store, but be prepared to wait in a line out to the door at peak shopping times and just be happy if thats not how it actually ends up.

Used to get my shoes exclusively from here. The selection for shoes over size 13 have been on the decline, but thats something most guys with big feet are used to. Went to 3 different Racks to find a pair of dress shoes. Finally settled on a pair. They ended up being the most uncomfortable shoes Ive ever had. Couldnt return them because I peeled the label off the bottoms. Shoes were worn for less than 10 minutes. I know the Rack is different from Nordstrom now in everyway possible, but definitely last time Ill shop there. Not worth the hassle anymore.

I been to this store more then once and never seen to find what im looking for. They have nice things so I always get perfume and go and order online for the shoes collection or go to king of Prussia. You guys need to more shoes size 8 for real they always shoes for grandma

Its centrally located and easy to get to, with public transportation. The 21 bus, from 69th Street Transportation Center, drops you off at 17th and Walnut Streets, right in front of the store. They have all price ranges, and the salespeople are very helpful.

Great selection, great prices on everything. Shoe section is fantastic. Only issue is that the kids clothes section wasnt "stroller friendly" with racks in the way and so close together I had to physically lift the stroller to get it into the kids section.

While the quality of items was high, the process werent low enough for "rack." Im from North Jersey where the outlets are plentiful. The cosmetics area was especially word since it included basically regularly priced Neutrogena products.

I absolutely love this store! Youre going to find the top labels and couture items at a discount. Even if you just run in with no particular purchase in mind, you will end up finding at least ten new things that you cant live without!

This places ranges from very affordable to "I better put this back" which isnt a bad thing but the prices can get to Full Nordstrom. They keep things together & it is presentable inside & out. The selection is pretty extensive.
