They told me I had no money on my EBT card, so I had to choose between feeding my family and paying my gas and light bill, so I used my debit card to cash out my items but come to find out there was plenty of money on my EBT card. I went back in to get a refund put on my card and the lady didnt give me a proper refund and she is a manager. On top of that the same food she omitted in the system for my refund, she then range it up for more than I paid the first time......how does that happen. Ringing up groceries isnt rocket science and Walmart employees should at least know how to do simple math. The managers name is Andrea, way to go Andrea, how much help you were in straightening out the situation. I ended up going home with no groceries for my kids or my 4 month old baby after spending 3 God damn hours in Walmart. Now I see why people call it Wally world, that store is sick! Never enough staff, never any proper customer service and no one ever does anything right who works there. The people who own Walmart get millions and billions of dollars off its customers every year and yet they dont give a damn about the customers or customer satisfaction. The employees are micro managed and yet no one can do anything properly and you dont even have to know proper math to work there, so if your a dummy looking for a job, Walmart is the place to apply!! They suck!!! The worst place to shop, I will never go back to another walmart as long as I live!!!! Im done with that place!!!

The store was closing. I understand that. I wanted to pay for my one item and leave. The only open register was clogged up with an employee trying to cash a check..? They then opened another lane but would not allow customers in and said that the employees waiting in line could come around and pay for their things before leaving. So i saw that one of the self scan lanes had a green light and figured Id check it out. The girl standing at the podium told me i couldnt use the machine even though a man was currently scanning his items and called her supervisor over when i said that all i wanted to do was pay for my one item and leave. The supervisor came over and gave me a long winded explanation along with an attitude. I said fine and started walking back to the only open register only to have her yell "EXCUSE ME!" at me as i was walking away. I turned and said "I am going back to the register!" and turned back around to hear her say "shame on you" after me. I am appalled at the way this woman treated me. I dont expect much besides sub par treatment at any walmart but this was just plain rude. I tried to get back in line and the people at the register still trying to figure out the problem with the check told me to go use the self check out. I told her "no thanks, id rather not get yelled at by the woman over there." and decided to just leave, sans purchase. I warn anyone going to this establishment to beware of rude employees.

I have been to this location many times. It is a very standard Walmart, no different than most you would go to. I really do like the staff here. Most of the workers I have spoken to have been polite, helpful and pleasant to deal with. So why one star you ask? The managers! This particular group of managers are the most useless, non-customer service oriented group I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Management is more than scheduling workers. It is about resolving problems, enhancing customer satisfaction and making sure your loyal customers stay loyal. Managers need to have a can-do attitude, be able to think on their feet and offer creative solutions at times. The managers that i have dealt with here have none of those skills (Im judging from a small sample of 4 managers). Offering a half-a**ed apology does not solve a problem when a customer has been waiting for over 40 min., it only INFURIATES the customer! Im going to try and avoid Walmart from now on, and if I really need something from them Ill go to Mt. Pocono where the managers seem to be better trained and more customer service oriented (again, judging from a small sample of 2 managers). In closing, F-U Eastburg Walmart, you really stink!

I went to return a fan on a very hot day of about 95 degrers. As soon as I got to customer service the service representative was rude she asked if I had a receipt which I did not have but I showed her the tag attached to the box so that she could see that I saw the front door representative and didnt steal it. She paid no attention to it and started raising her voice at me. I raised my voice back at her she then asked for my id and I gave it to her..She swiped it and told me that I better have my receipt in the future or else I would not be able to make any returns. I told her that Walmart better start checking items before they are sold because receipt or not if parts are missing I am bringing it back But the nerve of her to tell me what I better do. Everytime I go to this Walmart its like a demon is loosed there. Custoner service is unfriendly and I never see the same people at customer service .I.think they care so much about their 1000 page policy rather than the customers who support the business. I went to exchange a product not learn about their darn store policy that is not written.. I wouldnt even give it a 1 star ...

Went here because I was vacationing in the area. It was pretty bad, I had read the reviews and thought "How bad could a Walmart be?" and "Cat Pee???" but they were right. Shopped here on Friday evening (I thought that was a pretty common shopping day..payday and all) and there is a funky vibe and smell, several aisles had shopping carts full of merchandise (which left many shelves empty and made it tough to shop) so I assume they were stocking???? When I was done I made my way up to the cashier and found people lined up half way back into the womens and mens departments.....very few cashiers open and not moving very fast, I ended up waiting 30 minutes to pay and no effort was made by management to open up more cashiers to relieve the line-up (maybe that is why so many carts where left around from customers leaving out of frustration). Thinking I had just hit at a bad time I tried again a few days later during the daytime and found the same problem. Just dont go, find another Walmart or theres a KMart right across the street.

I was in the garden center at night. A large group of people came running in yelling, "Men with guns." The single exit door was locked and people were being shoved roughly as they panicked trying to get out. I went through the fire exit door and the mob saw this and followed behind me. People were shoving and squeezing trying to get out. The man with the gun was killed in the store by police. The store is dirty, out of stock, fewer selections, no longer lower prices, rude staff and customers, cant find any staff to help, poor quality merchandise, few open registers, merchandise is on floor or disheveled. I like how Walmart said in a commercial they would provide better pay for their employees. What a lie. There is only a handful of lines open with cashiers and they have gone with self checkout lines. It seems they have laid off more workers. This is the absolute worse store in the franchise. I do not feel safe going in this store. I now shop at a different store.
