If I ask an employee specifically if I can return something with the intent of not buying it if I cant in case I dont need it, I would expect the correct answer. Especially when that employee is told about my dilemma. "Just keep your receipt and dont open it" is apparently not the correct answer. Sorry but I need to know I can ask employees questions and get a correct answer especially if youre gonna take peoples money. I guess I should try Easton for a while. Youre getting an extra star only because you are close.

This is the most frustrating Wal-Mart I have ever shopped. The shelves are usually empty of goods that should normally have stock. And the Pharmacy either doesnt have the scripts in stock, or can only fill half the scripts at a time and asks you to come back in a day or so. Plus, when they go to lunch, they dont post that whey are closed from whenever to when they return. The customer has no way of knowing if theyre closed for the day or if theyll ever open again. NOT UP TO WAL-MART STANDARDS!!!

This is a pretty good walmart. I go here on my lunch break sometimes. Its pretty good but there are better walmarts. Most of the time I can find what i need. They are one of the walmarts that always seems to have cowboy hats though. I dont know why, but I love cowboy hats. The service crew can be a little snotty, at least the older chicks that work there when youre trying stuff on, they act like you are stupid or treat you like you are trying to steal something.

This Wal-mart is lacking in professionalism and good help. The jewelry clerks are continually rude and one has even lied to me. When I called to talk to a Manager, I asked for his name and he did not want to give it to me. I try not to frequent this Wal-mart but with the high gas prices I am forced to go here, I prefer the 248 store. Just be ready for rudeness and long lines.

On April 19, 2016 at 1:07 AM someone fraudulently made up a debit card with my numbers on it and attempted to use it at this store. I still had my debit card in my possession. Thankfully it was declined. THANK YOU WALMART!!! My bank told me the criminal most likely tried to run it thru as credit but was then required to put a PIN number in and failed.

There is a Wal~Mart there. And I guess you didnt notice that Natasha is slightly mentally challenged. Im glad you like to post the names of employees that are handicapped. Would you also like to complain about the greeter who can barely walk even with his walker? I mean gosh, I bet he didnt even offer to carry your crap out to the car either.

Ive been here in the area for 2 weeks now. I have been to this store and like the rest of the town and surrounding towns I give it 1 star or 2 thumbs down. Disrespectful and rude to name a few feelings I have for the area. Are people really that unhappy here. Have yet to be made feel welcome. Glad Im only here on business.

This is pretty much what you would expect of a Walmart. But what I appreciate most is that its open 24 hours in case you need something late at night or early before work. The location is also nice as it is situated near Home Depot and a couple of other shops so that we can take care of multiple errands at once.

I went on a week day to pick up something and it took the lady so long to see that I was waiting for her. She was busy arguing with someone else in the kitchen. Since I was hungry and did not want to go somewhere else, I ordered but she was very rude about it... I dont think I would return.

If there were an option for Zero stars, Id use it. Worst customer experience ever, even on a Walmart scale of service this one was the worst - because the people dont care. Manager was even rude. Online order process completely terrible. Consider this rating a warning beacon: "stay away"!

Ive lived in Bethlehem for almost six years and this location is great. Employees are very helpful especially the Greeter. The way I see it if youre in town for business then you obviously dont belong but you shouldnt be so quick to criticize. Keep up the Good Work Walmart Staff! :)

Convenient for shopping but really bad customers services and on top of that if you look like Hispanic they stop you and check all your stuff like if you are stilling.Been working in retail for so many years I know that your going to make a lot of customers feel uncomfortable.

The Walmart is small and always crowded. They never have enough cash registers open so there is always a wait. The aisles are cramped and usually have pallets in them getting ready to stock thing is though they close at night so why not move the pallets in then.

The customer service here is alright. Not much help but I never really need help. The cashiers are pretty friendly, but like the floor workers, they dont talk much. Overall, good store because they have everything, but as for the workers - they can try more.

There are times that I have to go to Walmart and this is the one I like. Its not huge and overwhelming and the people who work here are really nice. Ive never had any problem getting help or finding someone to help like I did when I went to a different one.

Check the dates on everything you buy. I was going to buy 2 bags of dog treats, so that my dog had them for a while, needless to say I only left with one. They have dog treats that are Outdated on the shelves. Not taking a chance on my dog getting sick.

Its a Walmart. Nothing good about it except the prices. I never go here unless I absolutely have to, in this case for a new car battery. Their prices are much lower than Advance or Autozone. Most of the customers and employees make me weep for humanity.

Bad customer service. I called and asked for the pick-up department to see where my order is and the lady had a bad attitude and never transferred me to anyone. I was on hold for 5 minutes waiting. Still did not get to talk to anyone.

Ive come in here quite a few times to get a money order and everyone I wait at least 20 minutes at the customer service counter. There only ever seems to be one person working at the counter and the line is always very long and slow.

This is a smaller Walmart and the employees all seem to be well trained unlike the Whitehall store where I will never go again. Being a smaller Walmart it may not have everything the larger ones do but it always has everything I need

It is Walmart. I absolutely abhor the one in my town, so this is my preferred one when it is absolutely necessary to go. There isnt much positive to say about Walmart. Go in, get what you want and then leave...quickly.

love the location and small size. the shelves are always stocked later in the day. The night shift mest slack off cuz the shelves are never full first thing in the morning. The employees are very helpful and friendly.
