Warranty repair had to be returned twice & still not fixed without replacement. On attempts to reach any representative at all from the Sears Exton mall via phone (to ensure my time wasnt repeatedly wasted) I was unsuccessful. NO ONE answers the phone on roughly 20-30 attempts stretching over several months. Challenged national representative who ultimately answers the phone (& cant answer my questions) to try to reach anyone from their own store and they cannot ...after I patiently waited several times for up to 30 minutes while they attempted. Bottom line ...Service (if you ever need it) is unusually poor and I recommend high level of caution in buying any products from Sears unless youre comfortable with repeat visits back/forth to resolve issues. I invite Sears to call me if you like to discuss my ongoing poor experiences. The only reason I am doing any business at all ever with Sears from now on is to enforce your warranty obligations when needed.

Bought major appliances there. They scheduled the delivery for AFTER the installers were supposed to come so I had to spend my whole afternoon trying to straighten that out. They charged a LOT for installation and when the installers got here they wanted hundreds more to install in addition to what the store already charged us. $250 to install the electric range and $250 for the water line to the refrigerator that I had already paid $120 for installation for. For the dishwasher they said our outlet was in the wrong place and charged us to move it. It all created a lot of distrust so now I have a new electric stove I cant use because its not hooked up, but Ill happily wait for a REAL electrician to come out and tell me what the code actually is and whether Ive been had.

I have a table saw I purchased online for pickup at the Exton store. They called me to explain that all they have is the display model with some missing parts. Im supposed to return their call to discuss the item (for which Ive already paid). No one picks up the phone! I cant talk to merchandise pick-up, tools, or even credit!!! Why list a phone number if you wont answer? Ive tried a half-dozen times over 2 days during normal hours and all I get is the miserable automated menu with no one answering. It looks like Im going to go to home depot for a different saw.

HORRABLE... I ordered a washer and dryer. Paid extra to have them deliver and come and take the old ones away. 5 days later they show up on Monday bring them into my living room and tell me the new guy forgot the parts and could do nothing more AND LEFT !!!! Now I have been on the phone for hours today trying to get someone to come back and install them. I am being told the soonest they can get back to me is THURSDAY. So here I sit with a washer and dryer in my living room. The best part is I leave on vacation THURSDAY !!!

Went to buy a dress shirt in the mens department. I had to interrupt two sales associates talking to get some assistance, because I couldnt find the area where they sell dress shirts. The guy led me over to two bins of shirts - what a disorganized mess. I called to share my disappointment with the store manager and no one was available to even answer the phone - I got a voice mail asking me to leave a message. Sears - what happened??

Dear Sears, Please fix your store. Customers can never find anyone at the cash register when it is time to check out. We have to walk all over the store to find assistance. The tool selection is very limited these days. I am forced to buy many things online now because of the reduced inventory. I hate to see your store just another empty location at the mall.

I called and waited on the phone for "Home Fashion" department to answer. After several rings they answered the call, did not say a word, then hung up on me. To even consider that of behavior while working at your job shows what kind of ignorant employees work there. I will not be shopping at this location ever again.

Ordered parts for my lawn mower. I box was damaged with missing instructions and screws. The parts were not sealed properly in the box and could easily been damaged. I am surprised with a company like Sears and parts that costs over $400. Very disappointed, will not shop at Sears again.

They suck. I called the tool department twice on a Saturday afternoon at 3PM and no one answers. My prediction, Sears will be out of business with 4 years. Heading to Home Depot.
