I went to return some items without a receipt (which you can only return 3 times a year without a receipt) and I have not returned anything to Walmart in YEARS as I expressed to the gentlemen who was helping me return. This rude ghetto assistant manager Ms V. condescendingly tells me I cant return, then says Im going to watch to see if she is over 3 returns after I already told her I havent returned anything to Walmart in years.This mean old hagg has her rude personal side conversation with another employee and repeats "Im going to see if she returned three times" she kept saying it over and over she didnt have to say anything at all just stand there like the young man did. She only hovered over me in the line and nobody else and watched me judging me and the gentlemen politely says "no shes good :)" and proceeded with my store credit. She then walks away after me and continued her personal conversation with her employee friend. Why am I the only one in line she felt she had to WATCH? That woman was ignorant as heck I cannot believe Walmart put her in assistant manager position. Will be refusing her help, I already complained to her boss and filed a complaint on her fat butt with corporate.

Always expect a long wait to pay for your groceries including the self serve isles. Produce is usually poorly stocked not enough variety and not fresh. Staff doesnt seem to care, arent concerned about customer satisfaction. Theres one manager I always resort to because shes always willing to help and listens. I feel sorry for her cause I drive her crazy, but I love her. I never find everything Im looking for. This place has become one of my least favorite places to go. Not worth the effort.

This is the WORST Walmart I have ever been to. Boxes are always in the middle of the aisles (and not neatly stacked...they are torn open and really messy). The checkout line wait is usually at least 20 minutes. I have had to wait more than 45 minutes quite a few times. There are two self-checkout sections which is really awesome...if they would open the second one. I have gone to this store for a year now and have only seen them both open twice. The management of this store is TERRIBLE.

I couldnt find push up in a sixe3 yo 4 a hard size to find in this store. A seen associate and that young man was so nice he was in another area but he stop stocking his items and went and found a young gentleman how work in that area and he went in the back and came out with the size and item that I needed keep on hiring people who really care about there job and not in there just for a paycheck to the both of them Thank You

Its a Wal-Mart, so there is a fairly narrow range of experiences and quality from one to another. Things that may be variable from location to location: I never had an issue with spoiled food or anything like that. The few times I relied upon online stock level, it was there (At another location, Ive had problems with items online says is in, but they cant find it)

I will probably always shop at Wal-Mart, especially when there is self check out option. I dont enjoy the attitude of the employees. When i just recently went to do a return, there was a young man, seemed to be a new employee, that was rude and obnoxious. He was talking to the cashier that was helping me, instead of saying excuse me, he just kept talking over me.

Never enough lines open when management should know its going to be busy. And needlessly restocking at busy times. Poorest managed store for a WM I have shopped at, Camden is too far to go from Smyrna. I may just start going to Middletown on my way home from work!

Its a week before xmas, a Friday night and the place is jam packed. The self check out line is wrapped around into the freezer section and only 4 out of 11 or 12 registers are open. This is the usual and normal situation people run into at this Dover Walmart.

Love Walmart! But just like the one in cheswold the shelves arent always stocked n its hard to get someone to go look for something in their stockroom. This location is much busier then cheswold so if u can choose one or the other go to cheswold location.

Of the two Wal-Marts near me, I prefer this one. It sometimes has issues with keeping the shelves stocked but that is far outweighed by the better customer service provided. Everyone has always been very polite and professional every time I was there.

A few cashiers are rude and inconsiderate. Also some workers lack very basic Walmart policy, or simply choose to ignore it. In other words "The customer is always right" does not seem to apply here. Some have limited knowledge of store layout.

Its Wal-Mart. 300 customers in the store. 1 checkout like open. Trash everywhere. I mean, put in some trashcans. You sell sodas at the entrance, and you have fast food vendors in there. Of course theres a sodacan where shampoo should be.

Just waited a hour in the outside line! There was obviously zero planning on how to properly expedite the process. Although managers were on sight they gave no clear direction. Workers were left to figure out the messy process.

The lines move quick and the staff has always been helpful. Oh and I like this new Walmart app. You scan your purchase reciept and they with price match their local competitors price and you get the money back on a gift.

They are always out of grocery or staple items. The employees are rude and the customer base is not even anyone you would want to be around. If I have to go to Walmart I take the extra time and go to the one in Camden.

Chuck e cheese is good for kids but a nightmare for adults. Its loud and crazy in there. They do have a nice security system in place to make it difficult for someone to walk of wroth your child. The pizza is okay.

This location is always empty, since it opened a few years ago the shelves are never stocked they are always out of stock. There is always a line to check out they finally got self check out so that has helped a bit.

Well maintained Walmart. The only issue is that it is on the far north side of Dover which makes it difficult for those who live on the south end and dont want to go to the more crowded and messier Camden Walmart.

Since they put in the self checkout, it is a quicker exit than the clerk driven one because they can only go so fast. And, I know what bag I want to put my goods in. This helps me when I get home.
