This place is horrible for customer service and exams. I call in to schedule an initial exam and About %50 of the time there is no answer, another %50 of the time there is no doctor. After my second exam here in the two years, the doctor was in a rush to leave on a Friday (which was their only day available to me @ 6pm), and my right eye prescription was completely off. I have my own business and my schedule is very tight, so making appointments and leaving my office isnt exactly convenient for me because I have to take care of my customers and be there when someone needs me. So now, Ive tried to re-schedule to fix this problem for the second time and the doctor isnt in on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. So I schedule for Wednesday at 6pm (AGAIN) since its my ONLY "option". On Wedsday, at 5pm, I get a call from the technician saying that its not the same doctor as my original exam and I am not allowed to see the doctor on to correct my vision problem. So I reschedule AGAIN, and once again, a different doctor on and only on weds. Three weeks later, so now I have my appointment at 6pm this weds, and most likely they will pull the same story an hour before that appointment. So Ive been walking, driving and working with blurry vision for the past month. After asking some questions with their technician, apparently both doctors have full time practices elsewhere and only do the Walmart thing for some side work. In other words, overtime when its only convenient for them. I just feel the need to let other people know to beware. I will most likely call the BBB on this practice and at least try to get my exam money back if I cant see a doctor this Wednesday!!! The only thing this place has on the upside is reasonably priced frames. That IT! After resolving my issue, I will absolutely never go to this place again for anything other than frames. It is the poorest run business practice Ive EVER encountered. BEWARE

this place is bad Walmart is usually a a chore and miserable for me, I have a real hard time with lazy people..obviously this Walmart is full of em. installed self checkout so they can have even less than 3 or 4 of the 15 checkout lanes open..leave to Walmart to find ways to provide even less customer service take away more jobs and just generally make my trip to your store a little more miserable and taxing...everything is always backed up takes 20 minutes at a checkout unless you go to self checkout which I do its the only reasonable way to get in and out of there...this Walmart is dirtier than other Walmarts Ive been in more outdated and less organized...I would love to go to another store altogether but the monopoly that is Walmart has pushed out any real competition.and the stores that are around cannot even come close to their prices and they all but cohers you into shopping at their establishment....yeah well your winning now walmart...your on top and the big dog for the time being, but karma will catch up to you and all those who have a hand at swindling hard earned money from Americas poorest class of people.....and although Im sure no one cares I wouldnt be able to look myself in the mirror in the morning if I didnt express my absolute disgust for your business model, the profiteering from poor people , the abuse of the American markets, the abuse of laborers all over the world that kill themselves making the cheap garbage you import, and the general lack of respect and decency for the people who support the crooked corporate sess pool that is walmart...I could of said plenty more cuz places like Walmart and people like the big wigs at Walmart really set me off and passionate is an understatement when it comes to how I act .

I will never order anything for a party again from this store. I ordered a large chicken platter on Thursday morning, June 16th to be picked up at noon on June 18th.. I arrived at the store at 11:40 and was told that they didnt have enough tenders to do my platter. The gentleman that took care of me was very apologetic and kind. He asked if I wanted him to call around and see if he could get them at another store or if I would take popcorn chicken. Since it was already close to noon and my party was at 2 , I had no choice other than to take the popcorn chicken. I paid $38 for some chicken tenders( he gave me what they had) and popcorn chicken. It was bad enough that I couldnt get through to the store or the bakery to order my rolls on that same day.........no one would answer the phone. I spent 4 minutes waiting for some one to pick up the phone and then hung ups after 9:47 minutes , waiting for some one to pick up in the bakery. ( which they never did) I had to send my niece to order them in person .....and then this happens with the chicken! Im so done!!!

This is the worse place to shop! As soon as you walk into the deli area theres always long ass lines. Theres 1 white girls working and 1 older black lady leaning on the counter talking to someone having a good ass time instead of working and helping customers. Like really? Is there no boss seeing this! Then I move to the bakery and theres never no fresh Italian bread. No Bagels. Like whats going on in this store really? Awhile back I was shopping for a ham and i picked one not thinking nothing of it and some old lady is complaining about out dated ham and Turkeys. So I look at my hams date and its over a week out dated. Like wow!! Does anyone do there job there? How do they pass inspection? The deli was so dirty, food outdated, and bakery never bakes. This place is a mess. I advise anyone looking to buy food dont do it in this Walmart in Taylor Scranton pa!!

There is no place to better wander around and kill time while youre shopping than Walmart - they pretty much have everything. But lately, Ive been ordering online and doing the store pick up. The technology is amazing - with the app on my phone, as soon as I drive into the parking lot I get a tab to hit to let them know Im coming inside to pick up my previously placed order. Thats right, all I have to do is hit a button and usually by the time I get to the counter, theyre ready with my stuff. And the staff is actually well trained on how to handle this - I had one small problem once, which was probably my fault, and they handled it very quickly to my great satisfaction. Order online, quick pick up in the store - Ive never been this happy with any mom and pop store. This really is state-of-the-art shopping.

Im not writing this review based on the store itself but rather the service I receive when I call. Inside the store a Walmart is a Walmart nothing really to stick out. Im highly dissatisfied with the phone service I get. When I call a certain department nobody ever picks up. I get transferred on the line a minimum of 5 times for a simple question....I live 20 minutes away and when Im on the phone with this particular Walmart I can probably go to the store and come back home before they answer me.
