This was by far my worst experience purchasing appliances! I should have walked out of the store when I found myself knowing more about the Washers and Dryers then the sales associate. But against my gut I move forward with my purchase on July 4th due to the promotional offer available. I was not scheduled for delivery until July 20th! And again I continued with my purchase. The delivery went wrong in more ways then one......There customer service team is horrible! I called 4 times to verify where my items were after my slotted time was missed. Each person provided me with a different answer. My items finally arrived at 6:30PM, while after my 3:00PM slot time. The grand finale was when I send to dry a small load of laundry and after 1 1/2 hours they were still damp! When I call the customer service rep informed me that 1 1/2 hours of dry time was considered to be normal. Needless to day, I will not be purchasing anything from SEARS again!

Nothing Went to exchange socket rack which cost like 4$ - just wanted to exchange it from 1/2" size to 3/8" size ,well couldnt do it without my sears receipt - i bought it online with store pickup in deptford mall, guy on register said he needs return code ,so im browsing all the options on my cell for almost 15! Minutes and when i got it he said that he DONT need it now cause he can log to my account ...whaaaat??? And than he says i owe him 10$ for this...i ask how he managed to get this number ,he didnt know ,finaly i said i just want to exchnge it for item different size but the same price ,finally he said he needs RETURN CODE ...i checked my phone but i was alredy logged out ,finally i said fine- give me a phone to corporate ..now the other guy brought what i wanted and he said i can have it ,didnt take it and called corporate - not much more help either - all this for simple exchange

This is the worst Sears that Ive ever been to ! And dont even think about going in a half hour before or anytime right before it closes because the employees will be very nasty to you and hint at you to get out ! I did not know they closed a half hour before the mall does (9pm) so at 840 last night I went to try on a couple things and one of the employees yells at me and my boyfriend saying to him "you know you cant go in the dressing room " yes I think at 25 years old he knows he cant go in a womens dressing room! Then she yells across the store that I can only bring in five things which is fine because thats all I had in my hand ! Seriously will never shop here again! Seriously think about getting some better employees because Ive worked in retail for the past two years and I would never treat customers like they do !

Seriously, someone from Sears Corporate needs to actually call this store. You cant get _anyone_ to answer the phone... no matter the department that you ask for from the call center. You are expected to leave a voicemail message in order for someone to call you back... which we all know, will not happen. Ive been trying to reach this store for three days (to save myself the trip) to make sure they actually have the product that they are promoting on line.... all to no avail. I have taken my business elsewhere but the Manager of this store should be ashamed.... or fired.

Worst customer service ever I have seen.No wonder they are closing out. The lady at lands end counter literally yelled at me for standing in line that had hardly two more customers because I was in line to check out kids shoe. According to her she was busy and that was lands end counter. I was literally embarrassed and when my husband asked another employee about the manager who witnessed the incident to report the incident she lied that manager didnt come today.

They are so clueless there I just give up on Sears. I was looking for tires for a Craftsman tractor, I ask for hardware...hardware sends me to automotive, automotive says we dont carry them. Forget you guys, Ill just go to Lowes. Thats why your company is failing. You dont even have replacement parts for your own equipment and your own people dont even know what you carry.

Ordered a foam mattress for pick up said it was ready for pick up when we went to pick up they could not find it. Waited 1hr. They said they would call me have not heard from them yet Called all morning no one is answerin phones

Sears car center waiting room filthier then a abandoned crack house... I could not believe how a manager could allow a place where customers sit and wait to look like this.. absolute shame...
