We found what looked to be the perfect truck online, we are located in Michigan and this dealership is in Missouri. After a couple days of going back and forth with the sales staff, I got countless photos of every inch of the truck, all of the service records and even a video of it starting up. They did everything in their power to assure me that I was not wasting my time! I definitely appreciated the fact that they were not pushy and were completely honest with everything. We drove down there and addressed some concerns with the vehicle and made everything right for us. They were beyond helpful and SO accommodating. They treated us like friends, not just another customer. Even days later, one of the salesmen got ahold of me to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and I absolutely am! I would drive 13 hours to buy another vehicle from them any day! Couldnt be more impressed. :) -Victoria and Carl from Michigan

I am an international student and I bought a car from the auto shoppe 3 years ago. They are very nice at first. The manager was unbelievable rude after I signed the contract. They made a promise to fix the defective part and the scratches when I signed the contract. They called me and said the car was ready to pick, however, I find the car was not fixed and I asked the manger the reason. He was so arrogant and said the repairman were busy so I had to wait. I was confused that why they told me the car was ready to pick. After 30 minuets, the manager told me they can not fix it because it was not on contract, but they can " fix" the scratches. They used the cloth and dipped some black liquid to cover those scratches! It is the most absurd thing in my life. They did this just because I did not speak English well and could not argue with them. I still remember those details after three years because I was so shock!

I purchased my car from Suzuki of Springfield. They were rude, Aaron was a joke. They made false promises and statements. We asked for final price to walk out the door including tax, docs, and licensing. They sent me home with a dealer tags, then had ME come back the next day for my temp tag. My car was paid for in cash. The day after I purcahsed my vehicle it had to have the battery replaced. Then my car wouldnt start, (my father is a mechanic from army 63 bravo), it would crank but wouldnt start. They had my car, gave me a rental on empty, and gave me my car on empty. Told me the test drove my car over 15 miles. Thats not a test drive. My car was given back to me w/o being fixed. It still has the same problem. Mark Hunter is inconsiderate, they give you the run around and Aaron is a rude gentleman. They lie, and hide. They knew they had a sale one way or the other, but they do not treat their customers right.

I just moved to Springfield from another state and needed tie rods replaced in my car. I didnt know who to go to so I googled "auto repair shops in Springfield, Missouri" and the first business that came up was The Auto Shoppe on Campbell. I spoke with the manager, Clay Cook, who talked with me awhile and he seemed very honest and I felt comfortable with him. I always compare rates so I spoke with three more places but I just didnt feel comfortable with those shops. I ended up having my tie rods installed at The Auto Shoppe by a mechanic named Dusty. He did an excellent job. Clay also made arrangements for me to get a front end alignment done that day at another business who did a great job on my alignment. I would definitely use this shop again for future repairs to my car. They took real good care of me and I plan on telling everyone I meet in Springfield about my experience with this repair shop.

They make lots of promises and guarantees that they back out of when it comes down to it. They sold me a vehicle that needs a new engine. They agree that it was broken before they even bought it and guaranteed to fix any problems that it had when we bought it. They fixed some minor things but have failed to fix the real problems. We cant even register it as of yet because the title I was given wasnt correct. They acknowledge that we were guaranteed it would all be taken care of, they acknowledge that it was broken before they ever had it, but they back out on actually repairing the vehicle. I have had to file with the Better Business Bureau and with the state offices of dealer services and the lawyer that I am working with just happens to have sued them before.

My family and I were recently in an auto accident and our van was totaled. We have a family of 4 and NEED 2 vehicles. After hours and hours of searching around online I found a 2003 Ford Explorer at The Auto Shoppe. I called and asked questions about it and researched it online. Last night my family and I went, after work, and looked at it. Derek, James, and Kyle were so wonderful about the whole thing. They stayed after closing to help us and answer any questions we had. Needless to say we were VERY pleased with everything and everyone and went home with a 2nd vehicle that we needed terribly! Thank you again for all you did for me and my family!

Every step of my experience with Suzuki has been terrible. Since buying the car, I have had a recurring issue with my tire pressure sensors. I have taken the car in at least three times for this issue. They never fixed the problem before, and while I didnt get charged then, I was now charged $50 for them to finally fix a problem that should have been taken care of long ago. Everytime I have gone here to get any work done, I end up sitting in the lobby for multiple hours waiting for them to finish their work which, until today, amounted to nothing. Do not shop here.

YESTERDAY on 6.30-2016 my wife and I purchased a 2014 Traverse, first off I do work here but still for me I know that our service center took the time to make this car new again,I trust it to haul my wife and kids each day to and from work/school. The owner gave us a great deal and also I got an extended warranty so we have a comfort of not paying for ANY repairs. If you have good, bad, terrible, or perfect credit they can either get you the lowest rate available or get you financed with a 400 credit score.
