I dont even know where to start. As many of you have said before, its hard to find good customer service, its hard to find what youre looking for an a vehicle, or may be its just because youre a girl and you just want something reliable, affordable, simple and with a smile. I didnt have a vehicle and needed one immediately. Ive gone to every lot I can possibly find and not a single one made me feel like home. Metro Motors has the sweetest people you will ever meet. The honesty and loyalty that they bring is so genuine. I was there a few months ago in the beginning of a cold and blustery February. They made me feel so comfortable and WARM!!! Everything was so simple, I filled out the application online, and received a response in 2.5 seconds. I was blown away at the numbers that were given to me, AND they fit my budget. To be able to go to a lot that makes you feel like home and also to be able to pick whichever vehicle I want was the best feeling ever. Please head over to Metro Motors if youre in need of a vehicle. Call and ask questions. Whatever you need to do to get there, get there. Metro Motors is awesome! Thanks Metro Motors for all the help, the quick responses, and all the laughs. It was truly an amazing experience. If I ever need another vehicle, Metro Motors will be my first go to lot!!!

I gotta say, I really enjoyed working with Metro Motor Sales. I contacted Alicia through their web portal first and we scheduled a test drive. I knew what I wanted, and Alicia was most helpful in helping look through all the options for financing, etc., that they could offer, in addition to do ing my own research before I even showed up. Once I arrived, the car was right out front at the time we has set up and I was able to take it for a spin. Both she and Bob were up front, professional, and knowledgeable. Our negotiation on price lasted mere minutes as we were reasonable from both sides. I gladly recommend you seek them out if they have something on their lot that is of interest for you.

This place sounds great because youre guaranteed to get accepted...BUT it is absolutely HORRIBLE. Very unprofessional, the car I bought from them isnt even worth what the total came out to be. They failed to tell me its an as is warranty until after I signed the papers. They failed to tell me the headlight needed to be replaced, as well as the gas gauge. They lied and said they put brand new brakes on and clearly they didnt because the bolt is rusted. I had this car less then a month and have already had to put over $2,000 in Getting it fixed amongst other issues Im having with this POS. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY SELL LEMONS!!!!

I spoke with Alicia at Metro Motor Sales about my interest in a Vehicle she had at the lot. I was a bit worried that my credit wasnt good enough to get the truck I wanted. I was so wrong! I filled out an application and was approved within hours. Alicia was so helpful and extremely friendly. 24 hours later I signed my papers and drove my new truck home. I had checked out other dealerships and stopped here thinking I would get the same so called service like the other guys but was I wrong. There is no pressure and you get the car or truck you want. I wont buy from anyone else, there customer service is A+ and they treat you like family. I feel I paid a fair price, loan terms I can afford and it was explained to me, with no pressure. My experience at Metro Motor Sales was the best car-buying experience Ive ever had! We were greeted warmly and left alone to view the inventory. Once wed decided on a vehicle, we were able to take it for a test drive, again, without pressure. The financing process was amazing! I was approved two-hours after completing my online application! I highly recommend Metro Motor Auto Sales to friends and family! We will be back when we are ready to purchase our second vehicle. Thank you!

I would recommend this place to everyone. Very nice people and they make the process quick and painless. I was in need of a car quick and had been chatting with one of the reps back and forth about what I could afford, etc. She made sure she got me in the vehicle I liked and made my sure my payments were affordable for me. Alicia at Metro Motors is awesome I found them because the lot is right around the corner from where I live and I went on the website also very user-friendly website got approved even before I step foot on the lot and the variety of cars is great I test drove four vehicles before I ended up with my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer.
