Was set on buying a Hyundai Genesis Coupe from them. We found a paint defect and asked them to have the Hyundai reps come take a look at it. About 3 weeks later, nobody called me and I had to call THEM and ask whats up. They said the paint wasnt covered under warranty and that they were already too buried in debt with that car to fix it with their own money. So I asked if I could still buy the car and you know what they told me? "Sorry, we already wholesaled the car to an auction site in Arizona" and so I asked if I could buy it before they take it and DO YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE THEY SAID

was excited to go! staff super friendly..however if you are going to be denied they will still sit in your face and be polite and kind. Than tell you to follow up next day and dont. Than when you call to follow up your message will be unreturned and a few weeks later you will receive a denial letter from whoever. Very disappointed and inconsiderate to real people who are looking for a vehicle and already have trouble financing. So my guess is if you have bad credit dont even bother

From the time I walked in this place, I was treated like family!! This place is family owned and OPERATED!! I live in the area, I needed a car, my credit was not the best! I thought for sure there was NO Chance of getting a car loan. John and Kevin worked hard and made it happen for me! It seemed the actually cared and really wanted to help me! i would just like to say that John and Dwayne went out of their way to be accommodating and listen to what i was looking for. they had the right car at the right price and the best customer service a buyer could ask for. they didnt run me around trying to get me into a different car! straight forward and honest, the way it should be when buying something. i will be back again!
