Unfortunately I could not recommend the repair services of this dealership. I recently had my vehicle repaired June 4, 2014. Some type of fluid had sprayed all over the hood and the car started to smoke. I dont have an older car and I only have 64,000 miles on my car. So I called the dealership and set up an appointment for repairs. They were booked until that following Thursday, so I informed them since it was Saturday I would need a rental. Since it was a Saturday at 2:00 p.m. they couldnt help me until Monday. I set up a time to come into the dealership before work and pick up a rental. On Monday I called to let them know that 7:30 a.m. was cutting it to close and I would need to make it closer to 9:30- 10:00 a.m. The service guy said that was fine took down my information and said see you then. On my way into the dealership I called to ask a question about my warranty and was then informed they had no rentals. They did get to my car earlier then Thursday and called me on Wednesday to inform me the car was ready for pick-up. We had them repair the issue that was under warranty and my husband was going to fix the other issue. I asked the service guy if it was already for me to drive my vehicle home and he said yes I might need to add some coolant. Well we didnt make it 5 blocks before the car over headed (we could still see the sign from the dealership) and I had to have it towed home. When I called to ask the service guy did you guys even change my oil like I paid for because the coolant was bone dry, the mileage on the paper work is all wrong and 3000 more than what my car really has, He said "Well the coolant was leaking as fast as we could pour it in." He never said anything about the leak being that bad, I would have just had the car towed to my house and I would have never driven it anywhere. I asked that they please change the mileage on the computer and to speak with a manager, he took my information and I have not heard anything from them as of today June 10, 2012. I didnt feel that any of the people I spoke with went out of their way to answer any questions I had or to help me. Once when I called to ask a questions I was told that my service rep. was not working that day and I was left until that person came back to work.

I bought my Jeep Wrangler here about 5 years ago. They were okay during this experience, but failed to be very helpful with basic questions and seemed to lack basic jeep knowledge. The service department was the worst experience: a year after buying my jeep I saved up enough money for the soft-top. I have a 2009 wrangler, I made it clear I wanted the newest soft-top "the sunrider." First off, they told me the tops were back ordered so it took 2-3 months to come in. (okay maybe not their fault, but this was just the beginning). They not only ordered me the wrong top, but they took over 5 hours to install it and charged me well over $500 just for installment. (There were other cost too) Before having them install the top for the 1st time, I had called ahead and asked how much it would be and how long it would take. They told me about 45 min to an hour and that it would not be very much. When I asked why it took so long, they just said "there were a lot of parts" and made me feel stupid for asking for an explanation. (There are like maybe 10 parts) After a very frustrating ordeal, I didnt realize it was the wrong top until I got home. I called back to complain and they fed me a bunch of baloney, completely taking advantage of my youth and honestly the fact the at I was a young girl. I felt cornered and it was clear no body was going to help me figure out why it cost me almost $1000 on top of the parts price, for a soft-top. (I understand the factory cost, but I was not expecting a hours of service fees, that could not be explained). I was in the process of moving, the manager at the time told me he would look into the situation for me. (He said he would find out why I had the wrong top) However, he never got back to me....shocking.... Unfortunately I moved and just didnt have time to deal with all of this. Every summer when I switch out the tops on my Jeep I still get pissed about my ignorance and their ridiculousness. I wish I had made a bigger deal. There was a bunch of other little stuff too, like I asked them to fix the lock on my middle console and it took them 3 tries (when the jeep was less than a year old). Bottom line not worth the money or headache, go to Bloomington.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Put in application online at 1230ish. Got a call within 15 minutes. My bf told Stacy that he wanted a car and didnt need to test drive it that she could start running his credit and that we would be there at 2. Stacy said that she recommends he come drive the car first. He said he didnt need to that he was pretty sure he wanted it (pending credit approval) she then stated that they have guaranteed credit approval. He specifically asked if he needed to be there earlier as the last time it took 4 hours to get the paperwork all together and she said that the sooner the better but 2 should be ok and that if we needed to come back and sign the paperwork later he could as we had to be at work. Stacy then gave us Clays name stating that we would be working with him. We were walking out the door at 1:45ish and he called us. Told him we were on our way. Get to the store at 2:05 only to find out that the car we told everyone we wanted had someone else looking at it. They got there 15-20 minutes ago. We sat and waited for over an hour getting excuse after excuse as to why they didnt hold the car knowing we were coming in and that we didnt need to drive the car and to get the credit run and the paperwork started. I called Stacy and she told me that Clay should have called us telling us that someone looking at it. We didnt receive a call about that...WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS HERE! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF. Clay stated they do not hold used cars for people unless they are coming from farther away. WE SAID WE WOULD BE THERE AND SAID WE WERE ON OUR WAY and the car was sold out from under us. Guess even if you say your coming to two different people it dont matter unless you live in Wisconsin! DO NOT SHOP OR BUY A CAR HERE!!!

Worst experience ever. In the past 4 years I have bought 7 cars so I am familiar with the process. Never once have I ever been treated so poorly. I made an appointment to see a vehicle. I have done my research and narrowed it down to the same car at a different dealer and the car at this one. Roseville was my last stop, I had already gotten everything worked out at Jeff Belzer. I wanted to see what Roseville had to offer... I asked to see numbers on the car(charger) to see if they could give me a better deal then the other dealer we was looking at(Jeff Belzer). The sales rep Bruce told me he HAD to fill out credit before he could go into numbers. I asked him how much the charger was, he said he didnt know before running credit. I bought a Challenger a week before at another dealer and they gave me an estimate before running credit. Every single car I have purchased or seen a friend or family member buy has gotten an estimate before running credit. Bruce was argumentative and said thats he has never once done that in his career. Then he left and went somewhere for about 10-15 minutes. Bruce came back and said his managers were laughing, and his coworkers were laughing at the me and the situation because it has never been done before...All I wanted was the price of the Charger. Jeff Belzer ran numbers on the Charger right after the test drive no questions asked, no credit check. They wanted to make sure the Charger fit in our budget. I will never buy a car at this dealership. I was treated so poorly I would not recommend going to this dealer. If you want a great deal on a dodge go visit Jeff Belzer. Much better customer service and WAY better deals. Bought our Charger at Jeff Belzer.
