I am a Deployed Soldier that had my Pastor and friend drive a Yukon XL for me. We were first to look at it, the vehicle had not even been detailed. We were told we had first dibs on it and went the following week after it was detailed to drive it and were ready to buy. I wanted my wife in something for the holidays without me there it was important for me to feel she and our children were in a 4x4. Well they sold it!!!! the night before we got there they sold it.. right out from underneath us!! This not only shows disrespect to me as a soldier but says to me they are dishonest and care nothing for thier customers or thier word.. No honor in this company.... Dont worry I will still be here doing my duty to protect your freedom to take advantage of people...

Purchased a 2009 Volkswagen Passat from them in early February 2015. They sold me a lemon... 5 months after my purchase and I my car is not drive able and needs $6000 worth of repairs... New motor needed, timing chain stretched and ruined the engine valves, rear engine seal, leaks oil like crazy and small cooling fan needs replacement. I still owe $9000 on the loan for a car that needs $6000 in repairs and is probably worth $1000 or less as is. I wouldnt shop here again. Ive always been leery of used car lots and now I know firsthand why. RUN, run far away from this place that buys crappy auction cars!

Pretty fair on price, worked with me a little bit on a trade and price. Noticed a power steering hose was leaking on the test drive so I bought the truck under the terms that the hose would be fixed when I came to pick the truck up. When I came to pick it up, they had actually replaced both power steering hoses at no cost to me. Truck has been very reliable and I havent had any problems with it! I love the truck, and overall a very good experience with Matt.
