This was the worst retail experience of my life! I went to best buy to buy 3 sets of speakers to replace the factory speakers in my truck as we would be leaving for a month long road trip I had a sales person look up what I need and help me pick them out, Asking about installation I was told it would be $59.95 I was not told that would be per-pair of speakers and when I finally got to see the install guy I was told it was $89.95 per pair. it was 10am I was told the install guy would be in at noon so I waited around for 2 hours at noon they told me he called in sick and I had to come back tomorrow. I was in at Noon the next day, I was the only person their all days it was 3.5 hours in that time I found out I was sold the wrong speakers on one set, and best buy did not have what I needed, And of the other 2 pair only one works it was 2.5 hours for him to put one pair in the doors, he never checked anything just said it was the radios fault they did not work. And it would be another 2.5 hours to take them back out of the doors at this point I paid for speakers that do not work, because I did not want to sit their for a total of 6 hours. And you claim Expert installation, one of the door panels fell off the next day the power looks do not work, nether panel fits any more, on my dash he cracked it in two different places, and broke one of the vents. Between waiting for the install guy I have 5.5 hours invested to get one pair of speakers working, had to pay for one pair because I did not want to wait anther 2.5 hours on top of what I already

Worst customer service, no smiles! Walking in your greeted with door greeters who chat amongst themselves. Upon the cuatomer service counter...most are rude and unhelpful. The customer is always wrong and you wait for minutes and minutes to be helped. The have no idea how to process and exchnage, and takes up to an hour. For an example, exchanged a chrom book for a different one the moron working the exchange almost game me the same chrom book back. There is no customer service, you have to find some one to help you! Usually their response is we dont have that (when in actuality they did the previous week, and you can recall where it was located)... thus you are made out to be a liar and all you really wanted to know ia if they were out of stock and it be replunished. Their answer = they dont care because where else are you going to buy it?!? Also have been called a liar directly by the manager about paying for a credit card with a bank card. They ran our card for something not a purchase either (we shop else where since our horrible christmas experience shopping with them). Time to contact my bank and corp. Office!!

Came in looking to buy the small hp laptop they had on display that my wife wanted. I spoke with the employee working the area with the laptop displays immediately. I explained to him this was the only thing I came in for, and he said he wasnt sure if they had anymore but that he didnt think they did. Then he stood there like he was finished helping me. Started helping some other lady looking for an item. I waited for him to come back for me to check their inventory but he never did. No explanation as to why he wasnt helping me anymore so I went to another employee for help. he circled me around to the first guy saying it was his department. Asked the guy if they had what I was looking for and he gave the same reply that he didnt think so. So the other employee actually went to look to see if they had any. I spent an hour and a half waiting for the staff to figure out they did not have the only thing I cam in there for. Would not have been so annoying if they had any courtesy what so ever for other peoples time. Will never come back here.

I rate this highly because of the aid I received when browsing for computers; the gentleman was very knowledgeable about various gaming laptops, which, while the store didnt carry them, was what I needed to research. He also helped me discuss possible options for getting a new laptop for my mother, whose needs differ from mine in what we would use computers for. Entire store was neat and because of its size, signs clearly labelled where different types of products were, making it easy to navigate. Upon entering, I was asked if I needed aid. When I explained what I needed the gentleman at the front said hed send someone along to the section I was headed for aid. I got help promptly and he was nothing but polite and more than happy to educate me on aspects I did not know much about.

I came in here looking for cameras. They had an ok selection to try out (which is important to me because I will be spending a decent amount). The problem I had was that I couldnt actually fully test them and couldnt take pictures with them. When an employee came up to ask if I needed anything I asked if there was a way to take pictures on the tester cameras and she said no, which makes me wonder why they would really have cameras on display and to test if you cant do the main thing: take pictures with them. The store also looked fairly empty and unorganized in some areas. It made me think they might be going out of business soon.

Spent the last 45 minutes standing in front of the tablet I want to buy. Still no help. Some emo princess employee rambling on about anime with her virgin friends saw me looking at them so she hid (obviously) , some Amish looking, neck beard having employee walked straight through me without saying a word, at least a few other employees saw me - I mean... If they didnt see me Ill trade these ninja skills for a Samsung tablet. But hey, Im not a believer in 1 star reviews so heres the deuce for you best buy.

Me and my family was treated like shoplifters the last two times we shopprd there i have spent close to 600$ this month i have my receipts to prove it it happened on Dec 2 and again on the 17th I was in there with my fiance and my two boys and the way we were treated made us so angry and embarrassed i have been in retail for twenty two years and I know how to treat people so my review of this store and my experience is horrible having to explain to my 12 year old was gut wrenching

They seem to have lots of people working but not really I stood in the computer department for approximately 15 minutes and got told 5 times by 3 different people that somebody would be with me soon. The people that told me that only one was actually helping another customer the others were stocking and could not be bothered

Great experience purchasing a monitor for my office last week! The sales staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and listen to what you need and budget constraints to get you the best product. I got the best price for the ideal monitor. It works great for me . Good job, Best Buy!
