I waited for over a half an hour to be helped and finally left. The lady behind the counter seemed like she wanted to help me however took a really long time to finish with the customer ahead of me and blamed the computers for taking a long time. Finally she said she could get me started while she finished up at with the other customer but by then I had to leave (30+ minutes later)...

Three months still getting the runaround on our bill, first the store manager is fired and now the district manager wont respond to our calls or emails. I left sprint before now i remember why.
