Went in to send money to my daughter using Walmart-to-Walmart, this is 1st time in Collierville. I have my reference number, the money is out of my account but yet Arkansas says it didnt go throw 2 hours later. My husband called got out on hold over 10 mins. Called back and the operator, Betty, was super nice tried 2 different tines to get someone in the money center then customer service got a "manager" who was rude, and obviously didnt have time to be nice to a customer asking questions. We were told to bring our receipt to the store because if we got a receipt the transaction went through. Then she hung up on my husband as he was asking if it had to be the same location since we live an hour away. I called back got Betty who is super nice, asked for a manager and got the same rude lady who NEVER says her name and gave an excuse for why my husband hung up 1st. I can accept any misunderstanding, maybe she is busy and thought when he said ok he was done. NOT 1 TIME DOES SHE EVER APOLOGIZE instead she sounded like I was wasting her time! THANK YOU I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN TO SEND MONEY TO MY DAUGHTER If you live in Collierville you should probably spend the gas money to drive to Oakland or Olive Branch locations

You know, the day crew has ALWAYS been nice and helpful, but the customer service I and my sister just dealt with was absolute trash. The night crew are mostly composed of lazy, mean old women that dont know what theyre doing and cant price check an item to save their lives. They are EXTREMELY RUDE and so unhelpful that I do not understand how they still have jobs. I dont come to Walmart to get screamed at by some crotchety old woman that has an IQ of a pea, which is exactly what happened tonight. Whatever you do, do not come here at night. I wish I could say that it was just one rude "lady" but we dealt with two horrid women tonight. Unfortunately, I didnt get their names because they couldnt even be bothered to wear their name tags, but if youve ever come in contact with either of them, Im sure youll know exactly who Im talking about.

Wal-Mart in Collierville has the laziest employees Ive ever dealt with. I can ask any employee where to find something and there answer every time is "I dont know " . I just spent 30 min on hold for the electronics department only to have the same person answer back 5 times asking can she help me. I told her 5 times I was still on hold. Every time Im there all I see is a group of employees standing around talking like theyre not on the clock, ignoring customers. Half the time, most departments have no employee stationed there, and if you ask for help you get some lazy punk telling you "I dont know". It sad to see my tax money is paying these lazy people to not work. It needs to be fixed, or maybe Target is a better source from now on, never had this problem there.

I already dont shop here. Now I really have no reason to enter a walmart. For years my mom has been sending me money through moneygram as gifts for my kids, etc. She always uses my name exactly the same way on the form. My first, middle, maiden and then last. Its never been an issue until today. I went to get money that she sent to my son for his 7th birthday and suddenly the fact that my maiden name is on the form but not my ID is an issue today. Even with my marriage certificate in hand it was not enough. My mother is a paramedic and doesnt always have time to go back and do things twice, especially in a place with such slow service. Needless to say we will not be using the service again.

Hate the experience every time. Sometimes the torture of this place is not worth the savings. Maybe if they tore down half the the check-outs they never use they can have a place for the mountains of merchandise you have to parkour over to shop. I truly believe that Satan himself runs this store for pure amusement. Good luck with any help at this place. You would have more luck becoming the president than find a legitimate manager in this place. So to sum it all up if you like bashing nails in with your forehead, rolling in fire ant mounds, or letting a steam roller slowly press your body feet first this place is for you.

If you need something, Keep Calm and Visit Walmart,Collierville. But, if youre expecting fights, disagreements with staff or something untoward to happen, you may want to go elsewhere because this is the most pleasant, organized and packed with kind staff. The aisles are always updated, the restrooms clean and you always find what you need here.

They are incredibly rude. Not to mention I purchased a money order and even though I had the full money order intact with my receipt and the card used for the purchase they would not refund it. All for lack of knowledge. And would not call a manager. Extremely rude people. Do not stop here. It is worth the time to go to another store.

What I needed was within the Money Center, I was there during normal business hours, yet no one was there in that department, and after letting me stand for awhile (waiting for anyone to return), I was finally sent to Customer Service. There was a line of customers; but only one associate helping at the counter.

Had not been to this Walmart in a long time and thought I would give it chance. Well, I wont be back anytime soon. The store looks trashy inside and the "people of Walmart" were everywhere. It was like the twilight zone! Product placement, customer service and cleanliness are seriously lacking.

Employees are not always professional, clothing lines are very trendy, grocery section has good selections, other departments are always stocked well with merchandise, the vendors that set up outside store are sometimes pushy for a person to look at their merchandise or cause.

Customer service is the worst. They actively try to make the check out process difficult. Long lines and employees who dont care about anything but doing as little work as possible. A truly sad store and I dont think I can shop at this or any other Walmart anymore.

It was terrible. Pathetic. Spent 30 minutes filling my cart only to get up front where the FOUR registers lanes that were open were backed up so far people couldnt walk past the lines to get across the store. I moved my full cart to the side and left the store.

Management is always on the phone and the majority of people here dont have the the attitude to assist people. If I could, this place would receive no stars at all. Will never go back. Only bright spot are 2 cashiers that have always been very nice.

Employees on the floor are helpful if asked for help. Never have enough cashiers. Prices are usually competitive with the area. I personally have gotten several bad packs of meat from here. I just try to be extra careful picking them out now.

This is an old version of wal-mart. It has not upgraded to the current layout/style. Feels outdated. The cosmetic section (looking for colors for a costume) was over half empty. ie. a section built to display 10 shades, had MAYBE 4 shades.
