First of all let me say that I have had my dog groomed here in the past and was satisfied with the results. What has completely turned me around is what happened yesterday. I called in advance and made a appointment to have my dog bathed. I brought her in at the appointed time and explained to the groomer that I wanted my dog to look her best as I was having a Celebration of Life open house for my partner who recently died. I was expecting 150 people and had a extremely tight schedule to accomplish everything. At this time the groomer informed me my dogs rabies shot expired on the exact date I was standing there. She advised me they could not bath the dog. I was in disbelief as I would think that when I made the appointment I would have been told and if it expired on this day did I not have until midnight. Her and the manager on duty again said they could not bath and brush out the dog. I once again reminded them that my life was crazy and I was dealing with a death of my partner of 30 years and could they make a exception. Again I was told no way. I have never in my life been treated so coldly. Now everyone out there is probably saying the dog could possible have rabies, I can assure you that I am more likely to be struck by lighting on 2 different occasions. I then called the manager and asked for the regional managers number and was given a 1-800 number that requires you to leave a message. He said they are not allowed to give out the managers cell phone. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL FROM ANYONE AT THIS ORGANIZATION.

This location does not have a Banfield Clinic, so the store cannot carry prescription pet food. In January we scheduled our dog to be groomed and was refused service because he had been to the vet earlier that day. They said it was a "policy", but I was not made aware of it until the visit. I will not support this store in the future; there are many other options for pet supplies and services in this area. For perspective, we have used Petsmart for many years for all our pets food and services.

The staff here is the most helpful group of people Ive dealt with in a while. I just rescued a retired greyhound yesterday and had no clue as to what I would need as far as weight gain food, appropriate bed, bowls, etc. (Im new to the Greyhound breed). Three of them helped me find the best items throughout the store and gave me numerous coupons that saved me nearly 30% off of my sizable total. Not to mention all of this being accomplished, with the dog tag engraved, within 15 minutes. Love them

Even though this is a micro store they still had everything I needed for my new cat! Great deal on puppy adoption kits right now. The cat adoption is run by 2 very nice women who know alot about the cats they are trying to get adopted. They even let you play with the cats before you decide

Very clean, but is considered a micro store, or nano store, or something like that. Its smaller than a normal Petsmart, but thats intentional by the corporation. Helpful and friendly staff, but expect a smaller selection than normal. Especially in the aquarium dept. Easy parking.

Grooming here has gone downhill, fast. We have been bringing our dog here since the location opened, and for the first couple years, it was a fantastic experience, mostly due to their main groomer Breanna. The last 3 trips have all had their separate issues, and we wont be back.

The system was down so it took the staff a few minutes to retrieve my online order, but they were very helpful. The customers were so impatient- huffing and puffing behind me. I think Ill go to the Dearborn location next time which is my usual location to shop.
