I LOVE THIS PET STORE! They are all so nice and it may not be the biggest store but they really try to take care of their customers and if they dont have something they will special order whatever you need if its possible. My sister and I lost our Mom and we wanted a pet to try to get out of our saddness of losing our Mom, so we went there after a friend told us thats the BEST Pet store around! Thats when we first met Darla who was sooooo nice and understanding and took time to answer all our questions and bc of Darla, we ended up buying our hamster there along with the cage, water bottle, bedding, food, treats, tunnels, just the whole shabang! And that hamster has brought us so much happiness! Furthermore, Cheryl and Darla have went out of their way to order special products weve wanted for our hammy. And Jim who I think is the owner even hooked me up with a hamster house to go in the cage and a hamster potty--dont laugh, smiles. Their prices are the best around and I will never go back to Pet Smart or Pet Supply Plus as long as this Feed Rite Pet Store remains open. I drive past 2 towns to get there but its worth it bc they really know their stuff there and they carry heavy bags out to your car for ya and we are always calling and asking stuff regarding our hammy and they always have answers for us. We LOVE this place and everyone is sooooo nice and the prices are better than anywhere else! And after you go there for a while, they kinda make ya feel like family when ya walk in the door! I read some of the reviews above but I totally disagree with any of the negative ones. I found this store to be very clean and well taken care of, all the animals had clean cages and it didnt stink like some pet stores do. I would not hesitate to recommend this Feed Rite Pet Store to everyone! Keep up the good work Feed Rite! It is appreciated!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in to get my bird clipped, called before hand the young guy said yeah come on in we will take care of you. got there he told me she was busy and she would be back there in a few minutes and go to the bird room...well I walked and found the "bird room" by myself since he wouldnt help which the "bird room" also had argon rabbits, rats, mice, and crickets. So after about 10 minutes the young man came back and I asked how long the lady would be...he pretty much laughed and said probably awhile theres like 20 people here, and walked away. also Im highly allergic to rabbits. So I waited as long as I could and left...without a clipping for my frightened bird. I suggest finding somewhere else who cares about customers and their furry/feathered friends!!!

Great place to shop! First of all, Missy, youre a moron. Yes, they do bird clipping here, however, because it is a FREE service, and they are usually busy throughout the day, they have to take care of the PAYING customers first. It isnt biased or that they dont care about helping you, they just have to try to please everyone and it doesnt always work out. Go to a veterinary clinic to get his wings clipped idiot. Also, the store is quite small, one thing I personally like about it, its easy to get to know the workers and feels more personable. The "bird room" is very easy to find. It saddens me to read these bad reviews, the guy who owns the place is where the problems lie, but the staff, especially the young guy, are great and helpful as they can be.

This Store has the best prices on Orijen cat food... Which is the best food to feed cats. PetSuppliePlus and PetSmart are about 8$ more on a bag of Orijen. Which is incredibly ridiculously true. Why would I waste money? Also, peacock feathers. Which cats love... 1$ each at this store and I have seen them as much as 4$ each a pet supplies plus. Okay really? Again, why waste money to support a corporation?? No thank you. Ill stick with my mom n pop shops. And the customer service is great. Long time patron.

Nice store, really helpful and friendly staff. I buy Orijen for my dogs here, and the bags are always fresh (some other stores Ive found stale dated bags). Its the least expensive Ive found this food. Its still ridiculously expensive, but its more everywhere else, and its the best dry dog food you can buy.

OMG really needs to have the live animal part of store shut down starved or missed labeled fish an silly pricing on reptiles is so over raised i find it they dont sell much so most pets get placed in over crowded small cages an feed very little .but if u just need supplies there fine on that end.

I got meal worms from this place and my bearded dragon got very sick he has had seizure and now all I can do is make him comfortable he is going to pass away now he never did any of this till I got the food from them dont go here!!!!!!! This is breaking my heart

Not a main stream, impersonal, pet store. These people truly care about you and your pets. Theyre extremely knowledgeable and very interested in the wellbeing of animals. Worth a stop, and worth your money.
