O.k. Lets be honest they dont have the widest or biggest selection there but the small things they do have are kept up very nicely by there staff. I go in there a lot to buy fish and turtle supplies and after shopping around I see that there prices are one of the lowest for what they have. I am very very happy with the service they give and there honest about what they know, they wont try and sell you something they themselves are not sure of which makes me happy that they at least try the sell the stuff there knowledgeable about. i have never smelt anything unusual in the pet store other then when its cleaning time and the staff do a very good job on the upkeep of the place sure some remodeling on the inside is needed but all in all I myself think its a wonderful store my family has been going there for years and it will still go there as long as it is open.

Absolutely horrible business. I brought 2 of my dogs here in order to get them shaved down and groomed fully. When I returned to get one of my dogs, one was bleeding profusely, while the other dog was cut uneven and the ear was bleeding, too. It appears the groomer doing it was of middle eastern decent and had no idea what he was doing. I asked him what happened and he kept shaking his head and repeating "bad dog" in horrible english. Please get a new owner that speaks english and has groomers who are able to actually GROOM; not family that has no idea what they are doing. A groomer that LOVES animals is a necessity. Do not get me started on their aquatic animals...or should I say, the animals that are still breathing. Sincerely, one pissed off customer.

I took my dog in to get her nails cut and when I went to pick her up something was wrong with her leg she wasnt putting any pressure on it and she was limping. I asked what happened and the lady told me she was jerking around when the groomer was getting her out of the crate and he pulled on her to get her out and she started crying. The lady apologized and said they would cover the vet bill i asked to speak with the man and he wouldnt talk to me. I took the dog to the vet and her leg is dislocated and she has to have surgery. These new owners are horrible. I wouldnt recommend anyone going there.

horrible conditions. theu get their animals fruition the reptile expo in Taylor at the Taylor town trade center. animals die after getting them from there. theu dont have any real groomers and will NOT hire anyone with experience. they only work as a "family" which is horrible business. I seen guinea pigs with mites... which is basically fleas for them. they dont put any kind of care into their animals and dont know basics for any animal they get in. they dont accept help. theu just need to hand the store over to someone who knows what their doing. with the old owners never sold out.

Dont go here the old owners is wonderful but this new guy is horrible my dog have went here twice first time she was bleeding and cut sores on her foot I just thought she was biting but I took her back again she was cut on throat I seen so much blood she didnt want to move it do anything she really active but it got a an infection never go here

They wouldnt let me bring my dog in cuz it was 15 minutes after 2 and they stop taking them at 2 they said well im at work I cant make it before 2 so why would I want to schedule for tomorrow I work that day to like 15 mins matter o well thats 45 dollars in my pocket still they obviously dnt want to make none.

my fiance recently went to this store to get a tank for our son and ann associate at this store sold a plecostomus to her for a brand new tank/ this fish is an algea eater how can this fish survive in a brand new tank with nothing to eat. Seems like they dont know their fish

I will go to jail over this place. Took my pup to be groomed and the groomer was horrible the back room dirty. My dog was not even finished an i still got charged full price. Clean that back up an get new groomer an i will have plenty ppl come back. But we do love Sarah
