Always clean, fast checkout, and better prices than any other pet store! They always ask if we need help hauling out the cat litter. They seem to usually have someone on the floor restocking the shelves. It is nice that they partner with an animal shelter to bring in cats for adoption to try and find them home. It is nice that they have coupons in their ads and on the back of Kroger receipts, too. Thank you Pet Supplies Plus!! :)

Most wonderful service ever! Laura helped find the perfect crate and assembled it. Also helped with coupons. (I am sorry but I forgot the gentlemans name) but he was very knowledgeable on types and brands of puppy food. He spent all the time I needed answering my questions. I will return for all of my pet supply needs. Thank you!

Gerbil In a Box
Very good! I came here on Saturday looking to buy supplies for my 14 gerbils and they had a good rodents selection unlike a lot of other pet stores. Staff was also VERY nice and also very helpful. The also, staff actually had knowledge about gerbils and other small pets and was able to help me a lot.

Frequent customer. Staff is always friendly. Aisles are pretty small to navigate, and prices arent always the best in town. But they carry some items I cant get elsewhere, and their do-it-yourself dog baths work great, even for our 200lb. Newfoundland!

This place is AMAZING and i just loooove the staff. You can pet the cats anytime! They have cats, bunnies, hamsters, some reptiles. There is also a nice selection of products for your pets(including nail polish).
