This is the first ever review I have ever took the time to write because I wish someone would have commented and warned me. I took my dog to Tracks because it was close to my home and it wasnt too expensive. What was the worse thing that could happen? FLEAS, FLEAS, FLEAS......When I realized that my little buddy got fleas from this place, I started talking to people. They were aware of the problem Tracks had with fleas....no one bothered to warn me. I understand that fleas can be picked up anywhere, but after several discussions with neighbors, relatives and strangers, it is apparent Tracks has a serious issue with de-fleaing their facilities. Nice ladies but poor sanitation is the reason I would warn anyone not to go there.

I have never written a review before but this was so bad I had to. I bought a beautiful German Shepherd mix here and she is smart and wonderful BUT she came to be with fleas and I was told she was dewormed...not so. This poor girl has worms! I am questioning if she even had all the vaccines they said she had. Angry!

I just took my black Shepard in. Dropped him off at 11am and I get a call to pick him up at 12pm. Wasnt damp at all and same smell on him. Just got robbed for for $55 and cant believe I gave a $5 tip. Definitely not using this groomer again

We brought our gerbils there to gender them and they told us that they were girls but with a simple youtube search I gendered them as one boy and one girl and it could have gone very bad if we did not seperate them.

I bought a chihuahua, and the lady that now owns this store was wonderful. She loves her pets and takes excellent care of them. She even called me a few days later to see how my puppy was doing.
