Very clean store, I bought a Ferret there, about a year ago. They was calling him Gunner. So, i kept the name :D. Anyways, Way better prices then Petland. I made a mistake about buying one of my Ferret at Petland for $200. And Pet supplies has them for $150. The Staff is very nice and helpful. My wife went there, they was micro chipping at the time. When she was leaving the store. The pet carrier broke and our cat went running across the parking lot. One of the Staff ran out and got the cat, And they give her a new pet carrier for FREE! The bad thing is: they have a fish tank there" I guessing they are feeder fish" With a whole lot of dead fish inside. But only that tank. The rest of the tanks are clean

This review gets 5 starts specifically because of Robert Hedges. My little lady got a puppy pawdicure and I couldnt be happier :》 We met Robert there and Ive never had someone at a pet store be this incredibly nice (and Ive met a lot of really nice peeps at pet stores). He helped us find her a really good harness (in a matching color to her collar, may I add), got her puppy nails done, gave her some pretty swanky bandanas and tasty treats. She was -so- happy Thank you so much for taking such good care of my little girl! It meant a lot

Grooming Salon was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Groomers have 20+ years of experience. Bath and Groom was done in about an hour!! Very happy. Will not be going anywhere else after this experience.

Great service, but Kaylee brand water bottles for small animals all leak. Have not found a good one from them.
