I bought wax worms here and they all died. I wanted to buy a lot of crickets and a store employee would not help me even though I asked for it. They could have better care for their animals (specifically the leopard geckos). Some of their items are expensive. I do like that they help shelters, have a wide selection of items, and have an adoption center though.

Went for the first time today. I had to ask the groomer and a non employee to find a clerk, the place was like a ghost town. When I finally got help, the aquatic specialist was awesome in his help, when he didnt have an answer, he didnt make one up. As a well versed fish person, I liked that. But no one manning the store was not good at all.

This store has all kinds of neat pet items and is very clean and taken care of. My problem comes from the dog obedience classes they offer. I have called the store twice and stopped in once trying to set up a time to take a class but I have yet to hear back from anyone.

Im just talking fish, they have small community fish and glow fish. Cichlid selection is almost non existence. Supplies can be found cheaper on line, even their own online store. Store is clean and help is hard to find. Good chain fish store.

We love this place. Our puggle, Brutus, is treated like a KING! From the grooming he receives down to the greetings he gets from the staff, we are so impressed with how we and our dog is treated.
