Very unprofessional! I called to make an appointment for grooming services for my fur babies on Monday. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm the appointment time. This is when I was told they could not find the appointment and that there wasnt a dog bather on site that day. The woman goes on to say that my appointment was scheduled for the previous day. However, I never received a phone call to verify/ confirm the appointment. This is terrible business etiquette. I dont know if its even possible to express my frustration into words. Customer Service has really gone down. Now I have to wait another month until I have a day off from work to get my babies serviced.

I went to this place about four times for my cat and they did a nice job. The last time i went, just because he wouldnt come out from the back of his carrier...they refused to take him. My cat is only 5 pounds and is very shy. He takes time to get used to things. The lady said "he growled at me". Now if i try to make an appointment, they automatically cant groom him because the computer says not to. They dont give enough effort at all and make childish excuses. Dont go here if your cat/dog is scared lol.

I was recently in to purchase some fish. I bought a small pleco and a black Moore. Within a couple of days I realized that both fish had brought ick into my aquarium. I tried to quarantine them to rid them of the parasites but sadly it was no use. Both fish died and took my 5 year old pet fish with them. Its despicable that they cant keep their tanks clean enough to prevent this from happeneing! I will never recommend this store.

Love the place. Wanted to buy aquarium for the first time and knew nothing about it. The people there were super friendly and very helpful,they help me buy the aquarium and set me up with everything I need plus the information to maintain it. Check there website though for coupons before any big purchase,i saved $20 by doing that. Definitely my favorite pet supply store.

Pathetic. Refused to let us take pics of their fish to show to a friend. Manager said its policy. Very rude and condescending about it. We were spending money there at least once a week. Called corporate and they didnt return our call. Done with this place.

Bought my kids a cat here $25 not bad but take up the free stuff that they give you when you buy an animal but dont buy all the things there we also bought a fish and a tank didnt know a fish would cost me $50 after I got done with it

Groomer did not listen to me! Min pin requires muzzle for nails. Just put a cone and my boy was unnecessarily traumatized. I watched it all happen. Food is fine, but services at this location are out of the question.

This is my Grand Dog favorite spot. When we get in there he gets to choose a toy and I get his treats. The employees make you feel so comfortable that you can spend at least a hour in the store. Thank You Pet Smart.

Whats the point of ordering online when you have to wait over 15 minutes for the manager to come and help you pick up your order? Forgo ordering online and just grab it yourself. The wait isnt worth the savings.
