My grandmother is terminally ill and is under hospice care. My boyfriend is currently in the Navy and is deployed overseas. He insisted he wanted to send flowers to her to brighten her day. He used an online flower website (FTD, 1-800-Flowers, etc..) and the service cancelled the order. Apparently the specific bouquet he ordered had flowers that were not in stock. Since hes overseas he put my phone number on the order as the contact number. He paid extra to have the flowers delivered the next day. No one from FTD called me regarding the cancelled order. I spent the entire day with my grandma so Id be there when she received the flowers. The day dragged on and there was still no delivery. I panicked and started calling florists affiliated with FTD. I figured Hillside would be the one as we are from Woburn. The owner of the shop told me that he had the order on his computer screen but it was cancelled by FTD. I was heartbroken as my grandma was waiting for her special surprise. I ended up driving to Hillside to further explain my situation and they made me a GORGEOUS bouquet with vase FOR FREE. It was filled with gorgeous daisies, carnations, and roses. I was really taken aback by the kindness and compassion shown to me. I highly recommend this florist and will be using it from now on.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!! I recently had an appointment with Cheryl to do the flowers for my wedding. I called twice before meeting with her and she never returned my messages, she finally picked up the third time and said she never received my messages. We drove an hour to meet with her and spent 2 hours with her while she tooted her own horn as to how good of a florist she is. Rather than listening to what I wanted for my wedding, she repeatedly said she knew exactly what I wanted and after discussing all the little details she told me would have a quote ready that night. Two days later, no quote...so I call her again. She said it would be done that night. A week goes by I call her again. A day later she has a random employee call me and say that she could not provide flowers for the function. She is unprofessional and a waste of time. I have never seen anyone boast so much only to fall so short. DO NOT get this florist for such a special day unless you want to be stressed because she may flake at any moment. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

My last few experiences with Hillside have been very unpleasant. The staff did not listen to my request and when I went to pick up the order I was disappointed to see that they tried to sell me an over priced prearranged teleflora arrangement. When I stated this is not what I orderd I was given a lot of attitude and insulted by the staff. I chalked it up to a bad day and I recently called in an order and was shocked to find that they are charging over $110 for a rose and Lilly bouquet. I was able to get the same bouquet for $45 at another florist. My experience with Hillside is that they over charge, do not honor custom requests and have horrible customer service and loyalty. I do not reccommed this florist and would never use them agian.

What a lovely company to work with! They recently donated an entire first floor of decorations for the Woburn Holiday House Tours- during their busiest season, they took the time to meet with our organization, and find what was best to make the house really stand out- it was a hit! Everyone felt right at home in our classically decorated Victorian. Aside from the beautiful decorations, the team was great to work with, and so dedicated to the community to donate their services for this event!

Ordered flowers many times from this florist and the boquets were always beuatifully arranged. Once we had a boquet with frost bite from the cold in the van and they generously send out a beuatiful replcament . Thank you!!!!

Simply said a great company to deal with. Professional quality courteous fast are a few words that pop into my head when rating them. They also aid in getting you out of a JAM with the girlfriend when I screw up! HIGS
