UPDATE 3/10/16: It appears on my bank statement I was credited the money, but no phone call or contact what-so-ever I am appalled with this place. I ordered quite an expensive sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a local funeral home for my very good friends father, who passed away unexpectedly. I made sure to give plenty of notice with specific instructions to contact me with ANY issues. When I arrived for the Wake the flowers were no where to be found. They were never delivered and my $215 was already taken from my card. When I tried calling several times the call kept getting disconnected. My wife called later and was able to leave a message. Still no word. I cant even put into words the array of emotions I have right now, but I assure you that anyone that attempts to get flowers here will be sorry. The funeral home could not believe a business would do such a thing. Enough said.

I had flowers delivered to my daughters residence yesterday, and did not give"special instructions" as I thought her husband would be home to receive the order. Mike, the delivery man called my daughter as to when she would be home, as the weather was too inclement to leave outside. When she told him she would not be home until 7P, he made a special effort of personally taking charge of the situation and delivered them on his own time well past his delivery schedule. Now thats what I call SERVICE!! Good boy Mike...need more like you!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday. They decided to ignore my request and deliver them two days early while my mother was a work. They called her and told her that they would be leaving them outside so she had to take time of work to go and pick them up. No refund or proper apology from these guys either for ruining the surprise and making my mom miss work. Im never using them again.

The order that I made was NOTHING like what was sent, Im very dissappointed and dissatisfied. The arrangement was also smaller then the one pictures and I paid extra to have it larger...guess Ill be using a different florist if I decide to send flowers to my friend again...

Ive been their customer for years. The best arrangement Ive ever had! Very fresh flowers, nice details like bows in the arrangement. Stayed alive for 12 days! Delivery was in time from a cute driver girl. Diffenetely the best service and flowers in the area!

Very disappointed in my purchase. The delivery did not look nearly as nice as the photo on the website. The photo was lush and full, the actual flowers were small and some were drooping. For $62 I did not expect drooping flowers.
