Im very familiar with a majority of the garden centers in the area. From Tiverton to North Kingston there are plenty. Chaves garden is small garden center in Middletown. Their indoor plant and greenhouse selection is of quality but extremely limited. The outdoor section too has had some very interesting specimens over the years but also limited. Unfortunately relative to other local garden centers, Chaves is VERY expensive. I live quite close and never make it a point to go there.

A wonderful Family owned establishment on the island. Customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff beats any Lowes, Home Depot or any other giant corporate chain all day long. A wonderful place to shop
