Interesting. My boys placed an order from GA to me up here and instead of this place telling them they could not get on base, they still received the order knowing full well they would not be able to get on base. I had no idea that this was being sent to me for Mothers Day, so apparently they called me but I did not answer since I dont know anyone from MA or up North. My ex asked me if anyone called me and I told him. He eventually told me it was Edible Arrangements. I called them back but they didnt answer. With that said, it appears that they were going to wait "until tonight" to call my ex back to see what he wanted to do with the order. Who does that?? Instead of calling me back to let me know they were trying to deliver, they planned on waiting until tonight to figure out what to do with the delivery. AND Im sure they charged him an exorbitant fee just to deliver on Mothers Day when they didnt even deliver. If Edible Arrangements knew they werent allowed on base, why didnt they explain that to the ex when he placed the order??

Excellent customer service! I placed an order to be delivered to my Mother-in-Law, only to discover that she was out of town. Frantic, I called the Newport store to see if there was any way to postpone the order until she returned, sadly the order had already gone out for delivery. However, shortly after I received a call from the store, they returned my order for today and would make a new order to be delivered when my Mother-in-Law returned! Thank You Edible Arrangements in Newport for your excellent customer service and understanding!

Walked in to a less than friendly greeting. Then we bought 10 dollars worth of cut up fruit. Fruit was sour and anything but fresh. Some pieces of melon tasted like somebody rubbed a sweaty armpit on them (I had other people taste test and found everybody agreed). Read other reviews and it seems like bad quality is a pattern. Terrible customer treatment seemed rushed and like there were better things to do. Would NOT return.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I never never experienced such a lack of professionalism before in my life. On top of that, the fruit was AWFUL. Missing pieces, damaged, old fruit. I have posted the photos and conversation with the owner so you can take a look for yourself.
