Trisha Cooper Designs is amazing!! My Aunt recently passed away, I live in Florida and was unable to attend the wake and funeral. I called several Florists in the Natick/Framingham area and was appalled at the rudeness. I explained that I was in Florida and wanted to send flowers to my Aunts wake in Natick on that Saturday. I informed several florists that I wanted to make sure that the flowers got there for her wake which started at 9:30am. Each florist told me that they could not guarantee delivery by 9:30am. Keep in mind that I was calling on the Thursday before and I wasnt asking for anything extravagant. Feeling frustrated I called one more florist. Trisha Cooper Designs made my day!!! I explained the situation and she was so kind and thoughtful. She informed me that they would deliver them Friday afternoon so that they would definitely be there for the service. Not only did she deliver them on that Friday, she e-mailed me a picture of the arrangement in the backseat of her car right before she dropped it off. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!! Lately I have experienced AWFUL customer service in all different types of situations. Trisha Cooper Designs proved to me that EXCELLENT customer service is NOT DEAD!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRISHA COOPER DESIGNS

I highly recommend! Called yesterday evening and ordered a spring mix bouquet to be delivered to my mom today, they put together a beautiful arrangement and delivered it right to her doorstep. The flowers were fresh and colorful and most importantly made my mom smile! Thanks Trisha Cooper Designs!
