rude and irresponsible employees. if they want bussiness, then do thing right and be good to customers and call if anything happnens. but no i called today (tuesday) asking about when they are going to deliver the flowers and they answered me impropely saying they emailed me saying they couldnt do anything.. they didnt even say sorry or they couldnt help me. they were supposed to deliver the flowers sunday and my 2 people didnt get nothing. i feel awful because my mother or my sister didnt get nothing all because of these awul service!!! never again BRASCO. you guys have horrible horrble servie. this is my first and last time buying from this place.!!

Living halfway across the country away from family is difficult, especially when we lose a loved one and cannot necessarily travel back home on a whim. I have lost a few extended family members over the past year, but have not been able to travel home to be with the rest of my family. I have sent flowers since I cannot be there. I remembered Brasco Florist from my hometown and have used them to deliver flowers to the funeral home. My mom has sent me pictures of the beautiful bouquets they created. The online process is easy and I have come to trust Brasco for all my florist needs away from home. I recommend Brasco Florist to anyone who needs flowers.

Wonderful company to do on-line business with. Very reasonably priced and top notch communication via internet. Got an email almost immediately, confirming that they received my on-line order, and recipient received the flowers, early the next day. I also received a follow up email confirming that the flowers were delivered. Will definitely use them again!!!! Order was accurate and complete.

I have not heard from the recipient as to how they liked the flowers, but the service was great. I gave the wrong address when I ordered online, the delivery person called me, I checked the address, and called the delivery person back and corrected it and the delivery was made on the day requested. The conversation was cordial and this service was above and beyond. Thanks

I sent a bouquet of flowers for a friends birthday. The flowers arrived early, on the day promised...and THEY WERE GORGEOUS and FULL!! I will definitely use Frederick Brasco Florist again!!

After calling a few places in the area, I had a hard time finding someplace I felt good about (or would even pick up the phone). In calling Brasco, the gentleman on the phone was very professional and made the experience very easy. Ensured delivery within a 2 hour period. Unless the delivery is late or the flowers are bad, Id rate this a 6/5 if possible.

They answered the phone right away, courteous, said "no problem" to a same day delivery. I ordered the flowers at 8:05 and they were delivered at 9:08. Beautiful arrangement and they texted me once the delivery was made. Would use again and recommend to a friend.
