Order was not what was expected. Disappointed with entire arraignment. It was suppose to be a Valentines Day arraignment. Not one single rose on the entire setup. The website does say that if they dont have the order you requested you can agree to a substitute of equivalent value (Which you can agree on). My order seems it was sadly a substitute but very very cheap. had i known this result i couldve easily made a purchase elsewhere for what i paid and wouldve at least gotten roses in my selection. I tried checking the site to verify the order i placed to see the picture and the display is no longer available. Seriously.. i think i couldve had a better selection at Market Basket after i seen what was delivered to my wife.

BEAUTIFUL FLOWER ARRANGEMENT!!! My hubby recently brought beautiful flowers for our anniversary,and I couldnt help myself to ask where he got them. Found out it is "Anderson Florist"in Waltham. Flowers are fresh and really vibrant!!!! I have a friend who is looking for a great florist for her upcoming wedding.So I not only recommend to my friend but I actually went to Anderson Florist with her. Price was very reasonable,staffs are friendly and helpful.... Well, it is too late, but I wish I had my wedding flower arrangement at Anderson=( I strongly recommend Anderson Florist for your special occasions and your very special someone!!!

Service poor. Flowers delivered on my front porch on a cold day and left unwrapped outside in the cold. I tried to care for the flowers for a few days, but I could not do anything to bring back the quality of the flowers. White roses are now wilted and yellow after only a few days in my home. Company refused to give me a new flower arrangment, claiming I did not make the complaint fast enough. Flower arrangment would have been beautiful if they had been properly delivered.

We had an great experience with Anderson Florist. I worked with one of the store owners who was outstanding about what she does, and is incredibly talented, but also really listened to our requests and desires for our Thanksgiving Dinner. Didnt help that I waited to last minute to request a center piece for our event. The owner was happy to stay late and make a special arrangement the way we wanted.

I walked in yesterday and was ignored. When I asked about additional plants they possibly had, I was given a one word answer... then the employee turned away. I left unhappy with nothing. Its frustrating when you go to a place with the intention of buying something and the service discourages a purchase. Big fail.

Excellent flower shop! With the helpful salesperson’s suggestions I ordered over the phone amazing birthday arrangement. My friend was thrilled to receive such beautiful flowers. All flowers were fresh and enormously big. I really want to thank person who were responsible for that order!

Amy, who works behind the counter, is an amazing floral expert. Her recommendations for what you are looking for are spot on, and her arranging skills are fast, neat, and very pleasing to the eyes. For the price, you will not find a better arranged bouquet in the area.

Theyre absolutely the best florist Ive ever been to. I get my wife bouquets there and she loves them - theyre top quality. They have very unique flowers if youd like, as well as traditional. The flowers are very fresh. Also theyre very friendly, which is always a plus.

ordered from other shop in waltham in lexington st, they were terrible and way over priced, so I tried Anderson florist. They did an excellent job. The best florist within 20 miles of waltham.

Terrible place, the seller is not helpful at all plus very mean. Telling theres customers to get out from the srore is outstanding. Never seen that before ever. Congratulations store manager.

Very bad client service. They didnt get to send the flowers the day they were supposed to do it, Saint Valentines day. In addition they changed the flowers of the order.
