Im going to give you a little advice about this location. I lived in Georgia and I called this location to find out about there flowers, Spoke to the owner of the shop Marie and she when over some flowers and prices with me. She was charging me $250 for two boutiques only, the price to me was very high. I made a appointment to meet with her on 5/24 my wedding was on 5/26/2012 to look at the flowers and too see if I would have her due them. At the same time I had appointments with other flowers shops also. I found another shop whos prices where better and the flowers where beautiful. I never when to see Marie and this LADY had the nerve to call me on 5/25 the day before my wedding to ask me for my credit card because she when ahead and made two boutiques even do I did NOT SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT, and I also did NOT AGREE with her to make my flowers. After all that I argue with her over the phone and she had the nerve to call my decorator and tell her she was responsible for the flowers that I order and did not want to pay for. Lets get one thing CLEAR I NEVER TOLD THIS LADY TO DUE MY FLOWERS. She also said to me that people who referred people to her and they dont pay for there flowers she makes the person who referred them responsible for the flowers.Who does that??I say DON"T GO HERE, go some where else where there service & prices are better...I dont understand how this lady has been in business for so long.

I cant say enough about the excellent service I received tonight at Bella Mias. It was father daughter dance tonight and I forgot to go and order wrist corsage for my girls. I looked on line and saw Bella Mias closes at 6, at this point it was 5:43, I jump in my car and take the,3 minute drive. Pull up and run in, in a major panic. She said can I help you, I said yes I am desperate need, she said let me guess a corsage I said yes actually 2. Without any hesitation she started 2 of them for me, asked my colors and girls ages. What a wonderful place. She did a great job and did it right there and then. Now that is a business, to stop what she was doing to help me in my time of panic. Valentines is coming I would consider Bella Mia for your flower needs! Thank you Bella Mia, for helping me out in my time of need!

Impossible to make an order online. Also On the website it says free delivery from $59 but you need to pay for the delivery an additional of flowers cost , but you get $15 credit in the store (???!!!) I guess ... I dont know. Its says on website . Like I dont need credit store. I need one time purchase . They did not except my credit card , debit card and PayPal payment so how am I supposed to pay for the flowers ?!

This place is unbelievable. The nicest, most professional florist I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for 3 arrangements. One in Norwood, one in West Roxbury, and one in Adams Ma. Within a couple hours I received a phone call from my aunt, my grandmother, and my mother thanking me for the beautiful arrangements. Hard to believe. Forget about the big chains. You need to call A BELLA MIA. No brainer.

I have a friend that is a bat researcher in a re-hab facility outside of Boston. Every year I call from Atlanta to send a balloon bouquet of Mylar bats and orange and black balloons. When I called this morning, they told me they found some amazing Mylar bats and ordered them because they knew I would be calling. They were chatting about me last week. You cant ask for better customer service!

Amazing!!! i was so pleased with the service i got for my prom i even recomended them for my sisters wedding. Both times did a amazing job everything was soo elegant and fresh! everyone is so nice unlike thoes overly priced snobby florists they made me feel like i was speacial :) i will continue recomending a bell a mia to all my clients and family and friends

Delightful experience! Im a business owner and I dont normally take the time to write reviews online, but I had to this time. Marie Noe (the owner) is a tremendous florist. I was in a panic to find a wrist corsage for the Daddy Daughter dance only hours away..... after being told no by two local florists I finally got Marie on the phone from Bella Mia. She said get in here now and it will be ready. What a lifesaver! Great price too. This is my first review for anything because she was the best. Highly recommend

Not a good experience...whatever you do, do NOT order through their website!!! They didnt even have what I ordered and the price was nowhere near the prices advertised. I ordered in the morning and they didnt even get the request until the afternoon for an order on the same day. i was NOT happy with the service and will not use them again.

Highly recommend! I was given a stunning arrangement for Valentines Day. It had gorgeous orchids, roses. lilies. gerberas and other flowers. The flowers were very high quality and lasted almost 3 weeks!!! I was shocked as they do not typically last that long and look that good for that long either. Great quality and design work.

The Flowers i ordered on 12/2 for my Brothers wake on 12/3, were amazing. Such a beautiful Job by Bella Mia Flowers, I couldnt of asked for such a wonderful person to work with. She gave my daughter and I some Roses and they are still looking beautiful 5 days later. Thank you for your wonderful and sensational service.

The arrangement that had been promised over the phone was not the arrangement that was delivered and the arrangement that was delivered was incredibly poorly designed and a complete waste of money. And a high end shop in NY wouldnt have charged for the garbage that was delivered. I wish I had called Stop and Shop!

Most professional florist. The people where great to deal with and VERY fast! I ordered flowers same day and was surprised that they were delivered with in an hour. Flowers lasted over a week. I highly recommend this flower shop over all the chain stores out there :)

Marie, the owner, is one of the best people I know. If you meet her in the store, youll leave feeling you have a new friend.. If you are searching online, there will be no need to go to the next site - there will be no better selection.

Ordered by my serviceman grandson from Texas....gorgeous mauve, rose, orchid flowers in a lovely rose tint vase.. Deliverer called on cell outside my home to tell me it was at my door.
