Im pretty annoyed. I ordered condolence flowers for a friend that passed away. I asked for an email address to mail what I wanted the card to say. I was given a number to text it instead. A bit weird but I complied because I wanted to include a heartfelt message. I ended my message with a signature that included my family name. The flowers were delivered. Luckily, my phone number was included on the card and my friends mother called me. She was confused who sent it because there was no signature! This unprofessional. My advice is to get people who know how to proofread because this is a very important part of your business. Your business will not survive if you cannot read/write, or in this case- copy/paste correctly. Get it together.

I so recommend Flowers by Elena, they ago over and beyond to accommodation your needs. I wanted some gerberas which they did not have and they promised me they would have them early the next day; sure enough they kept their word, with such a short notice! KUDOS to FLOWERS BY ELENA!!
