I just had the best floral service I have every had! I wanted to send my sister flowers for her birthday and the phone service was beyond exceptional... The man who answered the phone went out of his way to see what fresh flowers they had in stock even though he was in the design room; then Hiroko (the designer) called me back so I could place my order. My sister called to tell me someone came to deliver the flowers (instead of just giving them to the receptionist she went right to her desk and gave a sincere "happy birthday" and greeting with respect). The price was perfect and the service was even better!!!! After calling all the florists in her area I am extremely happy I chose Hanaya! I recommend their beautiful, bright flowers to anyone!

Ive purchased arrangements two different times for two very different reasons and Hanaya Floral is absolutely the best, most artistic, reasonably priced florist I have ever known. In the first case, the arrangement was for a college graduate beginning her first job in Cambridge. In the second case, the arrangement was coordinated with a local florist in Florida to deliver something inspired by Hanaya Florals design. The originality is exceptional. The customer service is personal and professional. I dont think Ill ever be able to use a different florist again.
