I was very disappointed with my order of flowers the pictures on the web site are very deceiving arrangements look much bigger in pictures also it looked nothing like the photo picture shows it in a white ceramic pot which looked very nice with all the white cala lillies the one i recieved was in a tan basket with no cala lilies when we went there they told my wife the lillies are there they just haven t bloomed yet mind you the plant was bought for a wake and funeral which they delivered to the funeral home will not order again, to bad i like giving bussiness to town bussinesses but this was the second time not getting what was expected from there photo s

I live in California so I took a chance ordering from here and I couldnt be happier that I did! The flowers were beautiful and they were delivered on time. Very friendly over the phone and I even tried to order again but unfortunately they didnt deliver to the area I needed the second time around. Instead of ending it here the gentleman went out of his way to recommend me to another florist near the area I needed the flowers to go! Who does that?! This is a florist I will continue to order from and I highly recommend you do too!!! Thank you for the beautiful flowers and the amazing over the top customer service!

We have been customers for many years, Pomfret Florist has always provided excellent floral arrangements. The plants are magnificient, the recipients always tell us how beautiful everything is. Delivery is always on time. Pomfret is our go to florist for all our floral needs. We are from Fall River but have resided in Maryland for 40 plus years however Pomfret Florist is still our first choice. All our calls have been answered by helpful employees who always have great suggestions for all our floral needs.

We have been customers of Pomfret Florist for about 11 yrs. They typically do a very nice job with floral arrangements, often with an unusual twist that makes them more interesting. There have been a couple of fails, where the flowers didnt last as long as they should have, but for the most part we have been pleased. I was particularly happy with the Thanksgiving table arrangement that they made for us this year. It was gorgeous, unusual, and lasted a good two weeks.

I sent flower for my daughter-in laws grand mothers funeral. I was so upset when I noticed the flowers were all wilted. I called the shop and I was told the manager was not in and they sent wilted flowers Never again would I use this florist. All I can say is they did deliver the worst flowers I have ever seen from any florist.

I was pressed for time, called from work to have (2) rose bouquets made up for my grand-daughters gym show, it was late in the day, but they aim to please and the bouquets were ready within minutes for pick-up. They even had roses in a variety of colors that surprised me ....purple ad pink! Yea!
