Words almost escape me from what just happened! Jason, the owner of this business, lost control of his anger and just started yelling at me on the phone while we were discussing what was wrong with my bike. I was trying to understand that if the problem was possibly due to the work that was done in May while it was there for a tune up. This is when he lost all control and started accusing me immediately of not understanding that a bike can "break." that I should "just come in a pick out a new bike, would that make me happy?" Then saying how he could post it on his website for publicity. Then he went on ranting about how Reser employees volunteer their time to work at these bike rides, such as the most recent Ride Cincinnati for breast cancer, and "us" as riders dont appreciate it. Where that came from I dont know, because that was totally irrelavant to our topic of discussion. I had all intentions of having the repair done, but I was trying to understand what was wrong. I will not lower myself to his behavior by belittling him as he did me on the phone so all I will say to his way of handling this situation by treating me with total disrespect is unacceptable! If I was a fly on the wall in his store as he was yelling at me on the phone I can only imagine his employees embarassment about his behavior, not to mention any customes that may have been shopping. He frightend me so much that Iam not only scared to pick up my bike but I have no idea what he is capable of doing to it while he has it. I can only imagine how he will defend his behavior with this posting, but honestly I forgive him. Maybe he was having a horrible day or weekend and I just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I could only hope that he will see the wrong in his reaction and possibly apologize. Meanwhile, I do not want to patronize a business that treats their customers so harshly. Julie

Im quite disappointed to write that I suffered what I consider to be poor customer service from this organization. I find it very frustrating that the salesperson that I was working with was the owner of the organization. Almost immediately upon receipt of purchase, I was having, what I believe to be, a poor riding experience on two bicycles purchased from Reser Bicycle Outfitters. As we were unable to come to terms, I took my business to another local bike store. I spent approximately $200 at the other local bicycle store to get my two bicycles assembled to that organizations working specifications. I have had no issues with my riding experience since that time. There are many other options to consider when choosing to purchase a bicycle in the tri-state area. While I fully believe in providing patronage to local organizations, this isnt one that will continue to receive my support.

Excellent shop! Every time I visit I am always received warmly. The service desk has fair prices and the workers will even let you watch over their shoulder to learn from them as they work! There is a nice coffee counter in store as well where you can wait for bike service to finish, get a drink before/during a ride, and talk bicycles. Their group rides are friendly and quite popular during the summer months - there is a group for everyone. The store trends towards middle/higher end bikes and equipment - so it is not necessarily suited towards those on a tighter budget.

This bike shop came to our aid when we experienced a chain brake during a ride. Just walking off the streets the staff was very greeting, helpful and gave us great service. Also, offered us coffee while servicing our bike. They went above and beyond what we paid for; I will go back there again for service or a purchase. Special note, they just installed a new coffee & espresso bar at the bike shop which will be ready in the next week or so. We will be visiting the bike shop for Café very soon.

Reser isnt all about making the dollar. They are more than that. They are about community and helping out when they can. They have been kind enough to help support the Police Unity Tour again this year as they have done in the past. I was in the store today and can say even though I wasnt there to buy anything (but I did) they were very friendly and welcoming. Coffee was pretty darn good too! Reser the Law Enforcement community and the Police Unity Tour thank you for your continued support!

From Jason and his local knowledge, Martys mechanical and off road expertise, Zachs joy for everything BMX, and a staff full of experienced cyclists, this place is the hub for cycling in Northern Kentucky. I have watched the shop grow and evolve, offering some great bikes and great people. It doesnt matter if you are wanting a team issue bike or an inner tube for a childs bike, they will be able to help and give top notch advice along the way.

Very nice store. Their selection is great and they carry a lot of brands you cant find anywhere else around here. I recently ordered a new Santa Cruz. Jason and Emily (I believe) helped my friend and I choose the best bike, for the best price. They were pretty straight up with me about everything, which I appreciate. I definitely plan on going back there for any other biking needs I have. Its worth the extra bit of driving.

Place is awesome, just bought a bike from there, and they threw in extras for no additional costs. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Does not matter if you have a small repair for a crappy bike, they will fix it with no pressure to upgrade like Montgomery cyclery would. Been going here for years with no complaints. Note: If you tip the service department with beer, your bike may get worked on sooner...

Best local bicycle shop Ive been to in the USA. Stopped in from Wisconsin to start my Triathlon season in the area. Owners and operators were highly knowledgable and wonderfully helpful gearing me up for the event. Would have been nice to have more time to spend as I was invited on a ride. Put it on the map to return when in the area

This is one of the best shops in the area. They have always done right by me and I am happy to give them my business. They have the best mechanics, the best part selection, and high end bikes in the areas. They all ride and are some of the most knowledgeable staff around.

I have had multiple excellent customer service experiences at Reser. I am a bike novice (to say the least), and the staff is always extremely helpful, provides good direction, and has accomplished my goals with ease. Reser gets customer service right.

I started riding a year ago. I came into the shop a total newbe to the sport. The staff has taught me a ton of stuff about riding and has taken the time to show me things about my bike that I never knew. I drive by 2 other bike shops to get here.

Emily was awesome. She helped me so much and was very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me make sure that everything was set up correctly. The rest of the staff seemed as helpful and courteous.
