This was my 3rd personal bike purchase from Atlanta Trek my second Project One bike and 5th bike over all if you count my wife’s two bikes. This was the most seamless, impressive team effort that I have ever had regarding retail sales. It all started with Pat and I working for the perfect fit on the GURU. We compared my current 2013 Madone H2 set up to a 2017 Madone H1/H2 and 2017 Emonda SLR H2/SLR RSL. Pat even went so far as to compare the four different configurations in two different sizes. When Pat and I were finished I drove home extremely impressed with all the time and care he took to give me the data that I needed make an informed decision. I made my decision the next day and it would be the Emonda SLR/RLS. I decided to order a frameset and combine some parts off my older Madone with a list of new upgrades. This would be a Project one frame set only, which made the complexity and logistics of compiling all the correct parts for the build a potential nightmare at best. At this point Ian Buchanan and I would collaborate to order the build and bring all the pieces together for my dream bike. I brought my list of part transfers from the old bike with a list of what I believed I wanted for the new build. With Ian’s experience he thoughtfully sorted through my list of parts and listened carefully to my thoughts on the build. When I was finished he made some minor but suggestions that made perfect sense and we started hunting and ordering parts for my vision of the perfect bike. This process extended beyond store hours but he never stopped working or suggested rolling the process over into the next business day. He continued his work until he was able to confirm all parts were available and on order. I went home that night confident that he left no stone unturned hunting the best parts to fit my every want or need for this dream bike. Everything was ordered and now it was just about the waiting game for the Trek Factory in Wisconsin to build and ship my Project 1 dream bike! I was quoted minimum 20 days till they would ship. So I marked my calendar the next day with the shipping due date of March 23rd. On March 17th Ian was conscience enough to contact me and be sure I knew it had shipped early. Wow it was early! I was trying to think when was the last time I received a major delivery before a promised date. When the bike arrived in Peachtree City, Mark in the service department made sure I knew that it had arrived. While he had me on the phone he took the time and care to go through all the invoices of ordered parts to be sure we had everything for the build. This was on a Monday and I had to leave on Friday morning for an event in another state so I wasn’t sure I would have the new bike for this event. For me to be able to ride the new bike at the weekend event the service department along with store manager Ian Buchanan not only had to cannibalize my Madone but assemble the Emonda by no later than Thursday afternoon. It would have been a lot easier for them to put me off and let me ride my 2013 Madone one more weekend and complete the build the following week. But that’s not in their nature nor how they operate at this bike shop. My new bike was assembled by the service dept, they then passed it off to Pat for the final set up per our fit figures that he and I worked on weeks prior. These outstanding professionals had my new Emonda ready to ride by Wednesday morning. They never hesitated and immediately jumped on the build making sure I was completely satisfied and had my new bike for what is a very important annual event I have done for years. It’s almost impossible to put into words my gratitude and how impressed I have been through the years with every person at Atlanta Trek Peachtree City. They are professional, knowledgeable, proactive, caring and treat everyone that walks through the doors at Atlanta Trek Peachtree City as though they are a part of their family. What a great experience! Thank you Atlanta Trek for everything. You are truly the bar every business should be reaching for!! Jon Sanford

I consider Atlanta TREK part of my health insurance plan. I bought my first bike from Willard when he opened "The Bike Center" in Stockbridge GA. Thankfully, Drew was patient with me as I asked a ton of questions and had to learn how to clip into clipless pedals! So many falls later, I just purchased my 3rd bike from Atlanta TREK and the experience was the same-->first class. I purchased my Silque in January 2017 at the McDonough location, and Trey (Willards son) treated me like part of the TREK family and was super patient while answering my questions and listening to my needs. (I owe a hug of gratitude to Kevin in PTC also for steering me towards this bike-->MY bike) Jessie in McDonough saw me thru the purchase and helped me upgrade my shoes and helmet (I was overdue). Both the shoes and helmet have the latest technology and safety is maximized so my confidence on the road just went up on every ride. Its super fun too that ALL the guys at both the McDonough and PTC location ride. You can ask any question about any surface (dirt, gravel, road, tri, bmx and path) and get an honest, unbiased answer. Its not uncommon to see Willard, the proud owner and his son Trey, out riding with the shop rides and that just enhances the experience and lets you know that these guys love riding bikes and want us to ride! Mark, in PTC, manages a fantastic store in PTC and I smile every time I walk in that shop... they greet you like your family. Ian hosts a gravel ride, Kevin and Jeff ride every surface, and Pat is an accomplished triathlete whos now an expert in GURU bike fitting. I especially encourage women who are new to cycling to visit Atlanta TREK. Its easy to purchase a bike anywhere but you cant get the customer service and personal level of care that you will receive at Atlanta TREK. Theyre not just selling bikes or the experience, theyre cultivating health, happiness, & awesomeness! BE AWESOME and VISIT ATLANTA TREK

Took my Chinese made pos bike in there to get built up. I know that I spent $1259 on Amazon for an amazing carbon fiber bike. I understand that these guys are Trek dealers. Ive owned a Trek and I believe in their quality and price. The sad part about my experience is that I needed a professional build on my box bike. What I got was something I could have done at home. They didnt true my rims as they surely would do on all of their bikes and didnt take much of an effort to make sure that my bike was 100% up to specs. Why pay to have a bike put together by people you expect to have the knowledge and pride to build bikes yet when you dont buy their bikes...You feel like youre looked down on. These folks are stuck up and on their high horse. I am an experienced mountain bike rider and I dont like people in the bike industry that rip others off. I look at where my money goes and where its wasted. I wasted my money at Atlanta Trek in Peachtree Ciry for a build that ultimately wasnt done properly. I think that Atlanta Trek should really look into the art of riding and the essence of it rather than making their next big sale with markups as high as 50% on components. Take pride in all bikes! Love them all! Thats whats needed...The rude associates are not not working out for you. My girlfriend bought a Trek from you as well. She and I both will take our bikes to other places and make our purchases some place else. Furthermore, when Im at Bear Creek or doing a trail somewhere, Ill let all the riders know about my terrible experience there. Im not one to write reviews and when I do its a super good one or a terrible one. Riders beware
