Cadence Bikes is phenomenal in both service and products offered. Their staff is helpful and exceed expectations. Whether you are a novice or a seasoned rider, Cadence has everything you need. We started out at a big-box retailer, but after calling Chris with a question about the bike we purchased elsewhere, we returned it to the big-box and bought a superior product from Cadence for equal pricing. Now we know we have a great product and a store that will stand behind its upkeep. Wish there were more stars to click on - Cadence Bikes is an outstanding store.
