Per Performance Bike website, they will price match any domestic seller. I presented all the required information per their price match policy and was told by this store that they will only price match local competitors. I contacted corporate Performance Bike to see if the online policy was only applicable to online sales and not "brick & mortar" stores. They confirmed that the stores are also expected to follow Performance Bike corporate policies. Hopefully this post will prevent anyone else from making an unnecessary trip to this shop in hopes of a price match.

Local bike shop convenience and service without the snobbery and elitism. Snapped an aero spoke on a ride and needed a fix. I stopped into our local "city" bike shop and stood there 10 minutes and was not even greeted by either of the mechanics. I went to Performance and the Mechanic was busy so JT, a sales guy and former mechanic took the 30 minutes to get me back on the road. Just exceptional service by JT! Its cool that Performance still allows their employees to take care of the customers.

I have had great experiences at the store so I have to wonder where these other reviews have come from. I raced bikes many years ago and continue to ride with my family. We purchased 2 bikes from this store and had service and parts for some of the other bikes we own. Each time we had excellent service and help from the sales staff. You will not find cheaper prices at other stores and the folks in this store are more than capable of giving you the technical help you need with bikes.

Poor customer service. I entered the store, walked around the entire place, looked at everything but was never waited on...but the women who came in after me were taken care of. What kind of customer service is that? Went down the road to Roswell Bicycles and spent my money there instead. Much better customer service and higher quality products.

Bait and Switch Found a bike for our daughter. Price tag said $419... however the manager (Matt, I believe) told us the actual price was $500. He refused to honor the price that was on the tag affixed to the bike. Matt even alluded that "people switch the tags" for the reason of the price discrepancy. Very disappointed:-(

Stay away from this place. The guys in the back are terrible. No time for customer service. I wish I could remember the guys name, Niko?? Anyway, couldnt be bothered to show me bikes or answer any questions. Went to Trek store instead, and they were knowledgeable AND helpful.

Wonderful people! I liked my first experience with this shop. As another customer mentioned, the sales person "Carol" in my case was extremely helpful by offering options and trying to match online sites for prices. All around, good experience. Will come back definitely!

I love the Roswell location for Performance Bikes, Great Customer Service!!! Gregory Pain the Sales Manager was a BIG help!!! I learned so much about bikes from that store and Im excited about going back real soon. Im sure there is something else there I can buy.

Im not a fan of the bikes they sell here but if you need some tubes or tires type of supplies they have some good prices.
