I havent been to this shop since they relocated and I certainty wont come back.My wife dropped our bikes off for a minor tune up,tires,a new saddle for her bike and a new computer for mine.I went in to pick up the bikes and there was only one couple being assisted by an saleseman.I walked up to the front counter where young man was at a computer,never acknowledged that I was there,no hello,no I will be right with you no nothing.So I said I was here to pick up two bikes that were being repaired.I"ll be with you in a minute.OK..Finally finished what he was doing and went to get the bikes,brought mine out,no computer.I asked about it and he stared blankly at the work order and said I dont see it.Than asked nonchalantly, do you want one?Well not now,Ill give my money to someone that gives a rats ass.He didnt care.Than went to get the other bike,brought it out and instead of reinstalling the seat saddle that was on the old seat it was strapped to the frame.Two stupid bolts to reinstall.LAZY!!Then he said that will be $ 520.00.I asked could you please tell me what Im being charged for because at this point I had no idea.Well that was really a pain for him. I paid and he said do you need help getting the other bike to the car.(No I want to make two trips while there is nobody in the store at this point)So I made two trips while he sat on his lazy ass doing nothing.WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Terrible service. I gave two stars because I want to be able to lower if my chain falls off.

If you are interested in purchasing a Giant bike, go elsewhere. Recently purchased a Cypress which had shifting problems to which this company was not able to resolve with the 90 day service. Continued to experience the shifting problem and opted to trade the bike with another bike shop given Bicycles Unlimited 1) sold me a bike which I later learned at trade was missing a component that would allow for smoother shifting and better shifting performance when working with twist handle shifters and failed to address the problem with the 90 day service. The owner believes that his obligation to me is severed given I no longer own the bike and refuses to remedy the issue of selling a defective product. Cant see continuing to do business with someone who clearly cannot be trusted to put the customer first and would rather hide behind the customers decision to do business elsewhere rather than acknowledge a mistake with the assembly of a bike within his shop..

I wore out my old bike Ive had for decades and need another cross over type for both streets and Peachtree City cart paths. I went in one afternoon and with excellent service from their salesman, a young man who was quite knowledable, We found the perfect bike and were discussing same when the clock.hit 5 Oclock pm. Promply the owner with no warning or fanfare came over and litterally steared me out the door which he promply locked.I was on the verge of spending over $500.00 plus helmet, shoes, etc. for this bike and was rudely and unceremoniously ejected from the premises. Fortunately Ive found another bike shop and if the adds are correct, Ill buy my bike there tommorrow.

Emailed this ship to inquire about a specific bike and the price. I got a very quick response with the numbers and was told the bike was in stock. We wasted over 3 hours driving to the store to be told that in stock meant in their warehouse and they didnt have them in store.

Went in with my jogging stroller and the staff was very kind helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed in mere minutes and since it was a simple issue they refused payment. So glad I drove the extra distance to deal with them. Very professional.

I visited this place a few times before I made my purchase. The staff, especially Steve, are all awesome. There is no pressure to make a sale. They truly want you to be happy with your bike when you do make a purchase.
