Brought two bikes in for full tune-ups - left with bikes in worse condition than when I came in. On first bike, the brake cable attachment was broken off of the down tube when I returned (was fine when I left the bike there). The repair guy apologized, but said he didnt have the tools to fix it and recommended I see a welder about the problem. Additionally, the wheels on this bike were not fully trued. The second bike had maladjusted brakes when I brought it in and found no difference when the bike was returned. The guy insisted the bike was in perfect working condition. Came in with 1 of 2 bikes that were ride-able, left with 0 of 2. All in all, found no evidence that any substantial work had been done on either of the bikes.

Paul was absolutely wonderful, I came in and dropped off my bike over the weekend with a bent front end and a weird scraping sound in my high gears. I thought a TON of work needed to be done, but he was honest with me and only got the parts I actually needed. A few days later I came back with 0 issues and rode it out of the store. Incredibly fair prices, good company, and all around great service. This guy knows his stuff!

These guys are awesome. We were newbies to bicycling but they fitted my wife and I with the right bikes, offered a fair deal and made the whole experience fun. Even more, I had a flat tire a week later and was a little lost about what to do. They actually left their shop and came to where I was stranded and fixed it. I dont expect that, of course, but it was a nice gesture to make for a new customer.

Great service and at a much better price than I was expecting. I had some minor repairs and a much needed tune up and it cost a fraction of what other shops would have charged. It was a very quick turn around. Brought it in on a Tuesday just before close and got a call it was finished the next day. This was my first time here, but I will be back for all my bike needs.

The guys got a cat for those allergic (like me), so dont stay too long. Reasonable pricing, and ask any question and he gives you all the good tips, advice, and personal opinion on the matter. Bought a red Bell helmet from here that saved my life when I got hit by a car a couple days ago! (For validation go ask a paramedic from West Chester UC hospital about it)

Great shop! Ive been to a lot of the other shops and they all seem to be pretty stuck up. Right when you walk in here you KNOW its a fun place! Gus (the cat) comes and greets you along with the workers. They did the repairs on my bike in 2 days that other shops said would take two weeks AND they did it cheaper. This is my only shop from now on!

Awesome place, very personable owner! Just dont expect to buy black bar tape. The owner checked my chain out of courtesy with a tool and found it way, way past needing replacement where 3 other shops ignored it. The price was super fair, I easily expected to pay $100 for the service and replacements, I paid less than half!! Go here!

Gear were not working. Employee removed wrong gear. Both gears were now messed up and took a return visit. 3 hours of leaving and returning because it wasnt fixed. He refused to fix it and told me to purchase one of his bikes. At the park a person fixed everything properly plus more in 1 hour. This business is awful!

I came in looking to replace a hard-to-find wheel (Performance Bicycle had already let me down). Cincinnati Bicycle didnt have the wheel in stock, but rather than make me wait for it to ship, the guy found another shop that had it and referred me to them. Above and beyond! Ill be back.

Great service! I had an older bike that needed repair. The service was fast and entertaining. I felt like they cared about my older bike, whereas, other bike stores I have gone to made me feel like I was wasting their time with my non $1500+ bike.
