I would give 6 stars if I could. The first shop I went to (not Bike Fix) tried to sell me something beyond my budget and did not measure me. Bike Fix spent more time asking me questions, measuring me and listening. They gave me three options within my budget. I feel like this is the first real bike I have ever had. As far as I am concerned, this is the only bike shop I will ever go to! If you are new to biking, definately go to Bike Fix!

I needed to fix the wheel of a folding shopping cart (I am not handy at all) - I went in and Dick was very attentive, looked over the issue and said he could fix it - He took the time to look at my (small) problem. He had the wheel fixed by the next day. I dont own a bike, but if I did, this is the ONLY shop I would go to. Very friendly atmosphere and great people. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

Best bike shop in Cincinnati / West Chester, Ohio! Ive been to Bike Fix a handful of times now for service, parts, etc, and these guys always seem so passionate for what they do. Always friendly... Always delivering perfection. Store is always kept clean/organized with a solid selection of items/services that are super fair on price. Youd be crazy to go anywhere else!

I am new to the sport though biking for leisure for a while and I started with Bike Fix. Dick and David are a wealth of knowledge and incredible helpful. I received a very thorough bike fit and basic tuneup as well as loads of tips and instruction for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to the novice and the pro.

Shouldnt be titled bke fix should be bike sales .Showed up with 6 bikes and they told me to learn to do it yourself no options didnt even look at the bikes I bought and gave me quotes. Just said it aint the right time of the year for that... good god.
