Really pretty furniture, really Awful sales & management staff. My husband and I were treated poor at best. I dont know if this is the behavior of people in general in this area or just the snooty and unhelpful staff at the Lincolnshire location. I was embarrassed for the whole town if this is how the staff at SMITHE represents the area. Unacceptable, snooty, unhelpful and unresponsive sales staff. Not one or two but three different people treated us like we didnt matter.
