When I brought my recliner I was told it has a lifetime warranty. This is not true. They say parts only are lifetime warranty. My mechanism has worn out in less than a year of owning it. If I get it repaired they will not warranty the labor next year when it wears out again. Looking online at repair labor costs for mechanism they suggest replacing The unit rather than repairing due to labor cost can be $250 a $350. I called the CEOs office of Kurt Darrow which referred me to a lady by the name of Brenda. I asked to return the chair with a credit to towards the difference for an electric unit. They said no and refused to budge. No refunds, or returns. The manual recliner has very poor mechanical functuality. It is very clunky and makes a lot of noise and wakes everyone up in the house everytime I go up or down in the recliner.

Very unprofessional staff. SO disappointed. I had found the perfect loveseat on line. All I needed was to check it out in person. Saleswoman said they did not have the color. She kept excusing herself to ask another employee the answers to my questions. I was truly getting irritated. I asked why the web site indicated the item was available in the color I wanted, when she said it wasnt. FINALLY another employee showed her that the color WAS available. I did NOT want to give her credit for the purchase, so I left. Also, I was told they do not offer any financing. Cash only. Seems odd to me for an expensive furniture store. I bought a beautiful couch at Steinhafels in Kenosha. Great experience there.

Very unprofessional and untalented sales team here at this location. They will do and say anything to get a sale. Additionally, and unfortunately the quality of the Lazy boy fabric is just not what is use to be. Do not buy your furniture here!
