DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IN ARLINGTON HEIGHTS IL! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! LATE MERCHANDISE! RUDE KATE BOLDAN, SALES PERSON! KATE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL OR SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE WHEN SPEAKING WITH ME! LORI NEEDS TO TAKE THE YAHOO REVIEWS TO HEART! A PHONE CALL ABOUT OUR FURNITURE IS NOT ASKING FOR MUCH! GOD HELP YOU FIND ANOTHER JOB TOO! We patiently waited for our furniture and now it may not make it for Christmas and family gatherings. We ordered in October! On Dec. 6, I called the sales person, Kate Bolduan, for an update - I did not call the different number to customer service / someone we dont know. She pretended to care and offered to contact their separate customer service for info. A new person, Elaine, called me soon thereafter and said that I must be the one refusing to call her. What? So the sales person and this customer service person had spoken together and decided that I was going to be difficult by "refusing" to call customer service myself? Are they in the same building/office/location? Isnt there a "transfer" button on their phone? I asked to speak with a supervisor and Elaine would not share that information as to who that would be. I called and spoke with Lori Hampton and told her of our concerns about the furniture being late, no one calling to tell us anything and the bad online reviews my husband and I had found and read. She asked that I send those to her and I obliged. Now, today, Dec. 13, Kate called and left a message on my cell that there was an update but then didnt leave any information in that message. My husband said to not talk with her and I should ask for someone else to work with. I called and Kate answered and once again just had to tell me about strange details about trucks moving the merchandise and having to go to their warehouse to inspect the furniture and it had to be paid in full before...OMG. That was just too much and she wouldnt breath and let me ask anything. So I excused myself (my husband will speak with her!), and got off the call. Then I called Lori to ask for another sales person or for her to give me an update and it turns out the furniture may come this week or next week - my family gets in this Saturday, Dec. 17. And they dont know any specifics? And we are really going to buy from them when they are acting so nasty? I have NEVER had any problems with purchasing merchandise before. And yes, Lori, Kate IS abrasive. NO, I do not do well with ABRASIVE people. I am the customer paying for YOUR services and A PHONE CALL ABOUT OUR FURNITURE IS NOT ASKING FOR MUCH! Your answering questions would be appreciated. Knowing what to do with possible broken, late-arriving furniture in the midst of my family arriving for Christmas would be nice too. YOU really should rethink your LACK of customer service because in this economy, WORD GETS AROUND!

I purchased a Basset sectional (which I love) and a flexsteel accent chair for my family room about two years ago. Everyone talks about what a great brand Flexsteel is and that they have a terrific warranty on upholstered furniture. This chair rarely gets used because everyone prefers the sectional but still, after just two years, the back panel pulled away from the chair back (see attached picture) A $900 purchase (chair and ottoman) and Crest along with Flexsteel offer me no option but to pay for the tech call to repair the chair. I posted a favorable review on Crest in the past because I felt like I had a nice sales experience and was happy with my purchase. But this serice experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I understand that this is a manufacturer issue, but I wish that Crest would stand behind their prodcuts. I wont shop there again and I certainly wont purchase a flex steel product. Ive bought other brands, Sherrill, Ethan Allen, Basset, McCreary (even a cheap sofa from Sears over 20 years ago!) and have never had this happen. On a two year old chair no less! Sorry Crest, there are plenty of other stores out there.

We were referred to Crest Furniture in Arlington Heights by my mom because of her positive feedback from her personal furniture purchase. We selected and ordered a custom sofa by Flexsteel with the help of Kim Silvestri whose sense of design catered to our exact needs and taste. The sofa was delivered ahead of schedule and we are thrilled with the results! Their delivery service arrived within the promised timeframe with two individuals, who offered an extremely friendly and professional experience. They also moved our old sofa to the garage, which was greatly appreciated. Every facet of the process exceeded our expectations. We are already looking forward to our next purchase. Highly recommended!

When I went in, I was really surprised by how many products they were able to cram in to a relatively small storefront. Elena and Kim helped me search for my first sofa (Im only 22). Both were knowledgeable, helpful and never pushy. After showing me all of the leather recliner sofas they had, I had finally settled on 1 that I liked the best at this store, but it was a floor model as-is. I ended up buying a very similar piece from Steinhafels instead because of the exact features I was looking for in a *tight* price range. While I didnt end up buying from this store, I will certainly be back as my budget allows. (Im looking at you, inadequate IKEA desk...)

I have been getting my furniture from Crest for almost ten years, and will never go anywhere else for furniture! Great "family owned" customer service and more importantly GREAT PRICING! They sent me to Darvin to look at a couch- then beat the price by over $800!!! There was a defect with it, and they were fast to correct it and re-ordered the section with-out any questions or hesitation! A+++ customer service & pricing! P.S. Angel needs to take her Medication!! She should be writing fantasy novels- not reviews!

Recently, I stopped into Crest Furniture to look around and I was greeted by a wonderful designer named Sherie Thomas. When I told her about my home, she gave me GREAT ideas and seemed to know exactly what furniture items would work great in my home. The prices were reasonable, the service was fantastic, and my living room has never looked better! Thank you Crest!

I just bought a new home and my neighbor recommended Crest Furniture., and am I glad she did. My sales consultant Sherie was knowledgeable and very patient with me. She showed me several options for fabric combinations and did a floor plan to confirm the design for me. I just had my Flexsteel sofa and chairs delivered, and I love them. Thank you Crest!

Had a great experience purchasing a new flexsteel couch from Crest. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and let us ask a million questions. He stayed patient the entire time. We must have sat on 100 different couches before picking the right one. Plus they beat everyones price on the same exact couch. I would recommend this place to anyone.
