SCAMMER ALERT!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS. I had to cancel my order and it was a nightmare. They told me to pay $75 cancellation fee, I did. I called the company who they finance through and they told me they had no record of my cancellation. So I went back to the store for a refund and the guy Vincent who said he was a manager when I ordered, now claims he isnt authorized to process cancellations but he had JUST accepted my $75 cancellation fee so which is it?? Then I call the finance company in front of them on speaker phone and the other "manager" Nate takes my phone and walks to the back office so I couldnt hear the conversation!!! I was LIVID!! They are nice as pie until you cancel an order then they will charge you extra "shipping, storage etc" fees. Everyone was a manager until I asked for a refund then all of a sudden nobody knew how to do anything. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I went to this location after seeing a flyer in the mail for a mattress sale. I was in need of a new mattress in my guest room and I wasnt looking for anything too fancy. In the ad they advertised about 10 different mattress types they had for sale. When I came into the store they only had 3 mattress types! Of course they were not the prices in the ad but I needed a mattress. The sales man said that they would deliver it for free since I lived right next to the warehouse. When checking out the manager refused to deliver for free and wanted to charge $60!! I told them amazon has a mattress for a cheaper price and I wouldnt be purchasing the mattress from them. The manager then began to have an attitude until he agreed to discount the mattress and delivery. I will not be coming back.

Customer service was great when I was in the store so I ordered from them. My headboard was broke when delivered so I was told it would be replaced. I also ordered a living room set & was told it would come in 7-14 days... it has been 21 days & I havent even received a phone call letting me know whats going on. Smh. Im very disappointed & will not be doing business here again.

BED BUGS! They sell old outdated Ashley furniture and reused mattresses with bed bugs!!! I had to throw away my "brand new" furniture because it was USED. They will claim to order you new furniture but they really give you the musty display furniture that smells like cigarettes and mildew. This place is FRAUDULENT!

DO NOTTTTTTTTTTT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!! I PURCHASED A BUNK BED FOR MY SON AND THE MATTRESSES ( NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD) THE FABRIC STARTED TO UNRAVEL AND WHEN I SEEN THE IN SIDE OF THE MATTRESS IT WAS A USED MATTRESS JUST COVERED WITH NEW FABRIC. NOT HAPPY AT ALL SO NOT WORTH MY $300+ !!!

My mom bought a furniture set but they didnt tell her it was out of stock until after she signed the paper saying no refunds or exchanges and didnt restock 2 weeks later and we wouldnt get it until 2 weeks after that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HORRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE.
