I recently purchased a mattress from Susan at the Gurnee location. I couldnt be more pleased with the personalized, individualized attention received from Susan. I visited this store on Tuesday to do some preliminary searching. I then returned the next day and Susan was again working. After understanding my needs, she provided options and by the time I made my decision, Susan felt more like a friend, than someone in the retail business of selling. I HIGHLY recommend Susan and this location as the level of service provided is something that is unheard of in todays day and age.

Back To Bed was recommended to me by my daughter. My salesman, John Huggins, was very helpful in assisting me select the right mattress set. At no time did I feel I was being pressured into purchasing a higher-priced product. Mr. Huggins was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable about mattress quality and characteristics, and very customer service-oriented. We learned of Back to Bed from an online ad. After purchasing a groupon towards a new simmons eurotop bed, we were excited to do some shopping. John Huggins made us feel at comfortable and didnt pressure us to buy anything but was very informative and pleasant to talk to.We feel we recieved a quality bed for a great price. So glad I walked into this particular mattress firm location. Tim was very knowledgeable and wasnt pushy at all, like most sales people are. He really allowed us to take our time in choosing the right mattress for my wife and I and were very pleased with the one that we ended up purchasing. Mr Huggins was very professional and courteous, especially considering that we kept him a little past closing time on his last day before vacation! His service was very professional, courteous, informative and knowable. He let my mother take her time in selecting the right one for her and gave her a great price!!!

Very good service and workers know what they are talking about. My husband and I went in at 15 minutes till the closing time and the worker took their time with us and we were able to get a mattress that same day.
