Very disappointing!!! I recently purchased several items of furniture from the Oak Creek location. Had a great experience in the store and the store manager Victoria took great care of us. Then I called today to purchase a sectional and due to my work schedule I am unable to go to the store to get it but wanted someone to go and pick it up for me. When I called the person I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. She kept saying they didnt close till 9 and I should be able to come and purchase it in person myself. Then when I said that was not going to work and would not be purchasing the sectional I wanted she hung up on me. Will definitely not be purchasing from that location again if from Steinhafels ever.

Disappointed. We went to steinhafels on the recommendation of family. We ordered a $3000 bed to be delivered 3 days later, delivery was delayed Long story short after 3 delayed delivery dates, we canceled the order and went to a competitor. I understand vendor issues are outside their control but I got a different story every time. The last straw was when I was promised it was en route by one person and 5 minutes later another person told me they had no estimated delivery date at all. I wouldnt buy from them unless the item was in stock the date of purchase.

I love Steinhafels. I think that when it comes to customer service all the way down to delivery it is top notch service. The sales team have always been more than helpful as well as giving me time to make my own decision. The delivery team is very professional and friendly. They were on time, and extremely careful. They were quick to ask me questions and to make sure that they answered I may have had. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

This is a new location for Steinhafels, and I was pretty impressed, especially after coming from Colders. The layout is great, and the staff were friendly and extra helpful. The prices on their products were way better than what we were seeing at Colders or even Ashley Funiture. While we didnt purchase anything there, we still walked out knowing that Steinhafels will be our first place to visit for our future needs.

I found some very interesting and nice furniture here. Im not used to buying a lot of furniture so it may just be me but I thought the prices were rather high and I would need to shop during sales or get something from their clearance section. They were very helpful answering my questions and loading a purchase I made into my car.

From the time we walked into the store to the final delivery, we couldnt have been more pleased with the how professional every employee was. Not one salesperson was pushy - they answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. I have an artificial leg and all of my needs to met. We wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

A man named Jordan in the mattress department was great! Came here after a disappointing experience at Colders and the whole family including myself was very satisfied after the services provided by him. Definitely would recommend this place over anywhere else near.

Very stressful experience lack of customer service no call back from management bought a clearance item delivery poked a whole in my mattress and broke a sconce oh yeah this is on the second delivery the 1st time delivered the wrong mattress thanks for the headache

Victoria and staff have been pleasant to deal with. Informative when you need them to be but not pushy. Great selection. Went on a Sunday and they had a live solo singer playing guitar. They also had refreshments.

This is an okay particle-board based furniture store. The prices are higher than Id like, but not crazy. Youre probably better off going to IKEA.
