Their customer service sucks. I called over a month and a half ago to get my chair repaired. I then had to wait to receive the parts which took a few weeks. I then had to schedule an appointmemt to get the chair fixed. The repair man came and informed me that I had not received the part for my broken foot rest. He then called lazy boy to find out why I had not received the part. Come to find out that the wood for the foot rest is on back order until the end of February!!! Did they bother to call and let me know that the part was on back order??? Of course not I had to find out from the service man. Now I have to wait till the end of February to receive the part. I will also have to wait longer after that for an appointmemt for a repair man to come again to fix my chair! Terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers!!! Very irritating and I will never buy another lazy boy product!!!!!!!

The experience of selecting the furniture was great. The experience went completely downhill after that. They need to work on timeliness and customer service. The furniture was delivered 6 weeks late. No apologies were made and I was never called once to be given an update. The icing on the cake was when we were given a window of 11-2 for delivery, the driver showed up at 10:40. Someone arrived exactly at 11 am to let them in only to realize they had already departed. What is the point of given a window when they arent going to arrive within that window. If they had let us know that we would be on their schedule during the whole process we would have went somewhere else. Also, a fabric piece was delivered with a small tear on the arm.

Purchased over $2K in furniture from them and in less than 2 years, every piece has had to be repaired. The wheel base in the ottoman was loose and had to be rebuilt (6 weeks). THe recliner was delivered with the wrong fabric and had to be redone (8 weeks). The couch, because it was a "new design" had a cushion that wouldnt hold its shape and weve had to replace the interior padding 3 times in two years. NOW....the fabric on the couch is coming loose at the seams in several places. Somones coming to "look at it", but anything less than replacing the couch is going to be unacceptable. I cant imaging ever buying or recommending this company to anyone!

From the minute we entered the store to the delivery of our new, living room furniture - 5 Star service. This is our 2nd La Z Boy purchase spanning 30 yrs.! The help we received was more than I could have expected. The colors, designs, & placement are perfect - a couch, 3 chairs, 3 tables & a beautiful side board are top-notch quality, the tables are made from reclaimed wood - big win for me! No waste of money here, everything fits perfectly in our small space & our family & guests all have a place to sit! THANK YOU STEPHANIE & RON!!!

I was ready to pay in full for a sofa set. They then told me that I would have to pay an additional 100$ for delivery 3.3 miles away.I asked if they could wave fee given the fact that I was going to spend a substantial amount. They would not. Guess they do not want my business.

Worst customer service and experience. Dont waste your time picking out anything on the showroom floor. It wont look that way when it shows up. I was called a liar by the store manager. Being prompt or caring about customer problems is not a concern.

Spent 15 minutes sitting in chairs on a very slow business day and was never acknowledged by staff. Too bad...we had our eye on a Maverick rocker recliner. Might have to go elsewhere.

Recliners are over-rated. Chair only 1.5 years old. Parts started breaking and falling off. Brother bought similar chair. Material began to disintegrate after 2 years.
